My dearest little sister, I wanna take this moment to greet you a happy birthday. You're 19 now and I'm beyond proud to call you my sister. I'm so excited for you to experience more in life. There's an entire world out there you have yet to explore. Life can be both awful and amazing and as your big sister all I've been doing for the past 19 years is guiding you. I know that I try my very best to teach you the lessons you need to learn but I've come to realization that I can't teach you everything. I realized that some of those things are to be learned by experiencing them yourself. You're a lot braver than I am when I was your age. But I will never stop worrying about you. Life is tough, yes but so are you. You're beautiful, smart and one of the most loving people I know. I also wanna take this time to appologize for those times when I wasn't there for you. As young as you are you have been through so much and you've managed to pass all of it with your head held high. For the times when I haven't been the big sister I should have been I'm really sorry. But please know that I do try to be the best sister I can be and that no matter how much I yell at you for being stubborn I still love you and I always will.
