I over drank whine last night and broke down about my parent. Now I have to deal with the consequences of an emotional night. Filthy apartment, door dashing hang over recovery, door dashing food, getting behind on work, etc. this was a great reminder on why I enjoy keeping my emotions in check. Allowing other people to give you heavy emotional reactions only mess with you.
