sorry if you’ve answered this before but do you have any tips for getting into digital art specifically? like where did you start, your process, types of brushes you use, etc? also i love your art so so much, you are a huge inspiration 💞💞
Hi !
It's okay I don't mind answering again ⭐
I think the best tip if you came from traditional art is to just follow the same process, that's what I mostly do. You can do underpaintings in digital, you can draw like charcoal, at the end is not that different.
Maybe keep it simple at first but don't be afraid to explore the options that digital offers.
I have a set linked in my bio of my favourite brushes that I bought years ago. But there are a lot of free options out there, I enjoy textured brushes the most.
Good luck and keep being curious 🧡
I redrawn the sketch because imagine Aragorn trapped between a tree and legolas is more fun.
Also this picture but save a horse ride a strider I guess 🐥
I have been sketching Hannibal and Will as Patroclo and Aquiles using this sculpture as a reference.
You can watch the full sketch on my Patreon , meanwhile I figured out how to render this very dramatic and beautiful pose, need to find a background too.
Hello! When will you be re-stocking your lockets? Will I still be able to purchase one in December?
I will open the pre orders in the near future 💗🐞

So done with a drawing that it's making you question your entire set of skills, do I know how to draw? Anyways tomorrow is the deathline, so I will finish it and the next one will be better.
I do feel closer to Hannibal here...
Taking my locket from @mandarinaart to many churches today ☺️
I love that you are taking them for a walk 💗
the yaoi was there. it didn't change anything. but it matters that it was there
Looking back at any of my ships, I always have a smirking sarcastic little bitch with a brain, an attitude problem and a British/cultured accent. And it can be both of them.
Hence my problem.
Amen
If I am not posting new art it is because deadlines have me at gunpoint, but at least I learn so much from these crazy challenges.

First of all, I absolutely adore your art. Everything you make is yet another reason to keep making art myself and to not give up on my creativity. I'd love to ask you for some tips about the way you picture light and if there's anything that can be useful to learn how to use it properly. I have also a question about programms and if it's really worth spending a little bit more money on materials/devices.
Thank you for inspiring me every day!
Hi 🍊
Thanks for the compliments. First with light, having references it's really useful and besides that I always try to use it intentionally in a way that helps me portray the story. Also I always try to keep it moderate, if you add too many light points it overcomplicates everything and can be distracting if it's done wrongly.
And for the materials, you don't need super expensive equipment for drawing. I started with the cheapest option available. But for me, I was studying arts and now it is my job, so if I can make my life more comfortable I will do it.
Traditional art is more tricky regarding the medium, for example watercolour, with a cheap paper it probably will be super hard to make a great painting.
So do what you consider best, at the end of the day having the best materials won't make you a better artist but will make your life easier.
hey !!! first of all i love your art and seeing it inspires me a lot. i just wanted to know which tool you typically use when u paint (laptop? wacom? ipad?). i mostly do traditional art but i wanna switch to digital and i dont know how to, hahah. have a lovely day!
Hi 🐞
Thanks hihiji 💖 for my digital art I mostly use my pc and my huion kamvas pro 16 2.5 k, I also use my Samsung tablet also with clip studio like in my pc.
But remember you don't have to spend lots of money to start, the first tablet I used was the smallest wacom without screen .
any tips for someone that is just beginning to draw/paint? (im a beginner and im LOST). i ask u because im CRAZY about your art. you're such an amazing artist. hope u have an amazing day ! 🖤
Hi 🐞
First thanks for the compliments.
If you are starting, technically I will keep it basic, study the different elements of drawing separately. When you don't know what you are doing it is super hard to control the proportions, shading and colour all at once.
When I taught newbies I would start with the line, then the volume. Try to analyse things like they are a 3d object, a good artist is the one who comprehends what they are drawing.
Also I study the grand masters all the time Sargent, Velázquez, Waterhouse..., copy their art to understand the way they work.
And for keeping the moral high. At first you need to enjoy what you do, so you will keep coming back to the drawing table. Have fun, it is just a drawing, don't worry if it's ugly. Every drawing is a chance to do it better. You have to learn to live in that uncomfortable zone where people are seeing you try and fail.
That's only some tips, hope it's helpful 🧡
Where can we find info re: your commissions? I saw you had them open on tt :) i wanted 2 characters fullbody
Hi, Right now my non commercial commissions are closed, because I am trying to keep up with the already existing one, you can always DM and I will give you a quote.
Also here is the price sheet.
I got lucky ! I said before how I was looking to rent an apartment because I needed to move out from my parents house for my mental health.
And how frustrating it was that I never got an answer back because I am a self employed artist etc. But literally the only apartment that I was able to visit was really nice so I signed the contract and I am moving out very soon.
It is kind of scary because it's my first time where I will be 100% responsible for my finances and I will need to work really hard to maintain myself, but at least I won't be treated as a weight anymore.
At the same time it is super exciting that I am able to make a living as an artist. I hope that this will bring me peace that I was yearning for so long.
Thanks to everyone who enjoys my art 🫂🧡

Just wanted to say my order was received, thank you very much for the beautiful merch, I adore it, and for being helpful (and for the sticker)! You are an absolute gem of an artist and the fandom is lucky to have you
Funnily enough, I didn't track the package at all until one morning I absently wondered if it had been shipped, and when I checked I saw it had been delivered two minutes before lmao
Thanks again!
Aww thank you so much, I put so much love and details on my shop so it feels incredible when people notice, makes everything worth it. 🧡
I wanted to make a Legolas illustration for forever, so for my first one I went more classic style, and added his horsie on the background.
Also I wanted to announce that I have opened a patreon, I have been thinking for a while to open one and the times have come. I am excited of what I could create with more freedom (nsfw will come very soon 👀)
