On the second film there was at one time a new recurring apocalyptic incidental referred to by the layout crew as “Poison Fish,” referencing a line of dialogue he repeated in his few scenes. His bits were mostly cut from the film, but you can still spot him in a few scenes in a lesser role.

Layout drawing from the second movie. We really started to move away from the strict on model acting of the pre-movie show and towards more dynamic, loose, energy filled posing in Sponge Out of Water. And we’ve continued to push more and more in that direction with the series.
