While loyalty is not a term many associate with demons, the eredar are blindly loyal to a fault. Every action they take is for the Legion and they will take those steps no matter the means necessary. Whether it’s crossing galaxies, or betraying every other creature they encounter–including their own kind to a certain extent–they will never take steps that would cause stagnation (or worse) for the Legion.

True, but Satiel was also the first necrolyte who had a fancy scythe. Generic unnamed eredar (ala Vaal) are just generally not important enough for a storyline like that during legion, or bc. Maybe in a future xpac? Imagine allied race eredar, oof

BLOOD. -What types of injuries has your muse sustained? What was the worst?
Most injuries haven’t been particularly memorable. They’re marks on a temporary vessel, and while she does feel pain it’s a fleeting thing. The one thing that is memorable is the brief end of her mortal life--admittedly she doesn’t recall precise details, but she does remember being completely overtaken by a burning throughout her entire body as the Fel overcame her. It burned her blood and seared her flesh and slowly, agonizingly, pulled her living soul from her body.
FEAR. -What are your muses biggest fears?
Destruction. Death is n o t h i n g ; when your soul is tied to the Twisting Nether, it is only a matter of biding your time until the rebirth process begins and you reform your vessel. To be destroyed is perhaps the one thing that she could describe as terrifying. The soul was already torn from her body; what happens when it’s destroyed within the Nether?

Nothing in their wake besides a demonic army patrolling the area, more Legion invasions inbound through endless ships and portals. she releases a sigh, recollecting on her younger life among the Stormwind citizens, even among her own demonic council.

She smirks--an uncharacteristically calm thing, all things considered--as the human speaks on. This sense of betrayal, the urgency to find revenge. These are things that will only bring her strength.
❝ Patience. Your time will come, but they are well-defended. To rush in now will only result in partial success. ❞ An unfortunate truth, but an important one. Vaalecta understood this feeling all too well ⁏ to this day, she still is not fulfilled. Her own vengeance is always just out of reach.
They need only buy time for an assault on Stormwind - enough time for additional forces to arrive, to put a plan into action, and to finally have nothing but jarring success. ❝ Reinforcements are on their way. ❞

All demons are fueled by different desires or urges, and amongst the man’ari these vary. One might be motivated by a lust for power while another might thrive off of causing chaos. Vaalecta’s motivators sometimes are unclear to herself, but she is primarily spurred on by vengeance.
Vaal remembers Argus, and she remembers being too slow to flee the Legion. She remembers the plan, the meeting, the time everyone would gather to flee Argus--and she remembers the flash in the sky, the ship that was summoned from it, and watching as everyone was lifted to it.
While she did attempt to fight, Vaalecta’s power was nothing like it is now and it did not last long. What has lasted for thousands of years, however, is her surging rage and feelings of betrayal.
