Three bees caught in a "traffic jam" on a gorgeous hibiscus flower—one is already feasting, one is hovering in line, and the third is scouting the area. All drawn by the same fierce sun.

Traces of strong wind upon its wings... Today, a scarce swallowtail (Iphiclides podalirius) diligently searched the blossoms. Its wings clearly show the battle with our coastal breeze. Nature's scars, yet it still flies proud. 🦋💨

As the heavy clouds press down on the horizon, a temporary drama unfolds, yet time always takes its course—the night must come to make way for a new dawn.
