During the encore, TXT delighted fans with “Wishlist” and “Do It Like That,” stepping off the stage to interact closely with the audience, bringing the night to its emotional peak.
As the concert drew to a close, the members reflected on their journey since debut and expressed sincere gratitude to MOAs. TAEHYUN shared warmly, “We’ve created so many precious memories together. Why did we only come to Kuala Lumpur at the final stop? We should have come here earlier!” BEOMGYU and YEONJUN thanked fans for their unwavering support, while HUENINGKAI promised that TXT would return to Malaysia soon. SOOBIN concluded emotionally, “It’s truly a blessing that the final stop was Malaysia, because your passion is incredible.”
The night ended with an explosive encore and heartfelt singalong, marking a perfect finale to both the tour and TXT’s unforgettable first performance in Malaysia.

The ITSU VVS, also known as the Empress Throne (女皇座) or “The Market’s First Workout Sofa,” is a wellness innovation designed to combine luxury with functionality. With its sleek design and removable seat cushion, the VVS allows users to engage in passive exercise through vertical rhythmic motion. At the heart of the product is a precise 3.2mm vertical vibration therapy system, engineered for stability, comfort, and safety. The result is a low-impact, joint-friendly solution that delivers an effective workout while minimizing dizziness or discomfort making it suitable for users of all ages.
Anticipation for her arrival was palpable, with fans reportedly gathering as early as 8 a.m. to catch a glimpse of the beloved actress. The crowd’s patience was finally rewarded when Park Shin Hye appeared at approximately 5:30 p.m., gracing the stage in an elegant white dress that captivated everyone present. Adding to the significance of the occasion, the Princess of Selangor, Tengku Zatashah, welcomed her with a bouquet of flowers, marking a royal highlight of the event.
During the lighthearted Q&A session, Park Shin Hye offered fans a rare peek into her thoughts and current life. When asked about her favourite song at the moment, she revealed that she’s been enjoying “Golden” from the hit animated film K-Pop Demon Hunters, along with a track by Lee Juck. The host noted that Tengku Zatashah is also an avid K-Pop fan, prompting Park Shin Hye to share that she had looked up the princess’s social media prior to the event. “It turns out you really love K-pop singers. I even saw a concert photo you posted. It made me realize how much you love Korea,” she said warmly.
When posed with the classic time-travel question, whether she would rather revisit the past or see the future, Park Shin Hye’s answer drew cheers from the crowd. “I’d like to go back 10 years ago,” she said, “because that was the time I was in Malaysia meeting my fans. I’d like to relive that moment.”
As for superpowers, teleportation was her top pick. “If I could teleport, I think I could meet the people I really want to meet with just a snap of my fingers,” she shared. “And I could come here often to meet my fans too.”
Currently immersed in filming a new drama, Park Shin Hye said the part of her day she looks forward to the most is simply returning home. “After a long day of filming, I enjoy the time to rest and recharge.”
When asked about food, the actress lovingly named her dad’s homemade zucchini stew as the one meal she could eat for the rest of her life. On the topic of Malaysian delicacies, Park Shin Hye described her memorable experience with durian. “While holding my breath, it tastes amazing,” she joked. “But when I’m breathing, that’s when the pungent smell kicks in. Still, I understand why it’s the king of fruits… it’s really creamy and premium.” She also mentioned receiving a local chocolate from a fan at the airport the day before. “I tried it today and it was really good. Malaysian chocolates are great as well!” she beamed, adding another sweet touch to her fan interactions.
Park Shin Hye also teased fans with details of her upcoming drama, Miss Undercover Boss. Set in the late 1990s, the series follows Hong Geum-Bo (played by Park Shin Hye), a cool-headed elite supervisor at the Financial Supervisory Service who is dedicated to her job. In order to investigate suspicious flows of funds, she goes undercover as Hong Jang-Mi, a 20-year-old high school graduate, and starts working at a securities firm. “I’m very excited to be able to show a new side of myself with this role,” she said, hinting at a more intense and layered performance to come.
Wrapping up the event, Park Shin Hye expressed heartfelt gratitude: “I’m glad to be back in Malaysia and to be able to greet my Malaysian fans as an ambassador. I hope more opportunities like this will come by soon.”
Earlier in the day, Park Shin Hye was also present at 1 Utama Shopping Centre for the official ITSU VVS Grand Launch event. The King has officially returned, and Kuala Lumpur reverberated with his every beat! G-DRAGON ignited the Axiata Arena Bukit Jalil with sold-out performances on July 19th and 20th, marking an epic end to his 2-nights G-DRAGON 2025 WORLD TOUR [Übermensch] in Kuala Lumpur, presented by Hong Leong Bank. This production, as bold and boundary-pushing as the artist himself, has left an indelible mark on Malaysian fans.
Promoted by AEG Presents, TME live, Star Planet and Top Top Production, G-DRAGON 2025 WORLD TOUR [Übermensch] in Kuala Lumpur, presented by Hong Leong Bank, saw fans from across Malaysia and neighboring countries packed the arena, witnessing a visual and sonic masterpiece that solidified G-DRAGON's status as a defining force in global music and culture. The Kuala Lumpur shows drew an enthusiastic crowd of over 20,000 attendees across two days—a powerful testament to his enduring global appeal. Every seat was filled, every moment electric.
From the instant the lights dimmed, the crowd erupted as G-DRAGON made a commanding entrance, setting the stage ablaze with the explosive opening track, “POWER.” This high impact start instantly electrified the arena, setting the tone for an immersive journey. The performance unfolded with relentless energy, cinematic visuals, and deeply personal storytelling, captivating the audience from beginning to end.
His setlist was a powerful blend of past and present, featuring iconic anthems such as “Crooked,” “Crayon,” “Heartbreaker,” and “One of a Kind,” alongside brand-new tracks including “TOO BAD” and “DRAMA.” Together, these songs formed the core of Übermensch, a conceptually rich project exploring themes of self-transcendence, reinvention, and artistic liberation.
Every element of the show was executed to perfection. From futuristic stage design and immersive lighting to jaw-dropping visual effects, the production was a multi-sensory spectacle. G-DRAGON's renowned fashion commanded attention throughout the night with multiple outfit changes, each reflecting his bold, ever-evolving style and perfectly complementing the mood and message of each segment. His ability to fuse high fashion with unparalleled stage presence not only captivated the audience but further cemented his reputation as a true global fashion icon.
The arena transformed into a pulsating sea of color as fans waved their light sticks in perfect rhythm, their chants echoing between songs and amplifying the energy with every beat. The emotional pinnacle arrived during the final song, “Untitled, 2014,” when the entire arena glowed softly under a blanket of lights. Fans sang along in unison, their voices trembling with emotion, with many visibly moved to tears.
From start to finish, the Kuala Lumpur shows were nothing short of extraordinary. Beyond a mere concert, it was a high-concept performance, a powerful reunion, and a shared cultural moment. As the final notes of “Untitled, 2014” faded and the lights slowly dimmed, G-DRAGON stood in silence, allowing the profound moment to speak for itself. The message was clear: he returned not just as a performer, but as an artist who left an unforgettable mark—and Malaysia responded with resounding love.
KUALA LUMPUR, 8th July 2025 – Malaysia typically experiences extremely high UV indices for about six months each year. Malaysians are exposed to two main types of ultraviolet rays: UVB, the shorter-wave rays that affect the skin’s surface, and UVA, the longer-wave rays that penetrate more deeply and account for around 95 % of all UV reaching our skin.
On the international UV-Index scale, readings above 11 are classed as “Extreme”, yet Malaysiaroutinely registers off-the-chart values of 14–15. This has led healthcare professionals to warn the public to minimise UV exposure. Even indoors or under protective clothing, long-wave UVA (380–400 nm) can slip through cloud cover, window glass and many fabrics, accelerating ageing and dark spots.
These insights drove La Roche-Posay to develop the new Anthelios UVMune 400 Anti-Dark Spots Fluid SPF 50+, which offers both robust ultra- long UVA protection and gradual correction of hyperpigmentation in a single, ultra-light formula.
For the first time, Anthelios UVMune 400 Anti-Dark-Spots Fluid SPF 50+ contains two (2) patented breakthroughs.
MEXORYL 400: La Roche-Posay’s most advanced UV filter, designed to form a photostable shield against the deepest long-wave UVA rays—the very wavelengths responsible for up to 60 % of photo-ageing. MEXORYL 400 is the culmination of 10 years of research and 25 patents.
MelasylTM: – A L’Oréal-patented active discovered after 18 years of screening over 100,000 molecules, Melasyl™ intercepts melanin precursors before it marks the skin and to correct existing hyperpigmentation.
“Prolonged UVA exposure does far more than redden the skin,” said Dato’ Dr Noor Zalmy Azizan, Malaysia leading dermatologist. “These longer-wave rays penetrate deep into the dermis, where they can trigger pigmentary disorders such as solar lentigines, postinflammatory hyperpigmentation and melasma. On a cellular level, UVA generates free radicals that induce oxidative stress, damage DNA, alter gene expression, and may lead to premature aging or skin cancers.”
“With these risks in mind, a high-performance sunscreen is no longer optional—it’s essential. Consumers must look beyond SPF numbers and choose formulations that offer proven ultra long-UVA defence, ensuring protection against both immediate damage and the subtle, cumulative harm that accelerates photo-ageing and uneven pigmentation.” Added Dr. Zalmy.
Our close partnerships with dermatologists drive breakthrough innovations that genuinely improve people’s lives,” said Anissa Mokrani, General Manager, L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty (Malaysia & Singapore). “Anthelios UVMune 400 Anti-Dark-Spots Fluid SPF 50+ delivers broad-spectrum UV protection and dark-spot correction in a single, ultra-light step. For optimum results, pairing it with La Roche-Posay Mela B3 Serum in the evening creates a complete routine that shields against harmful UVA by day and visibly fades spots by night. With the daily dangers of long-wave UVA, this combination significantly reduces photo-ageing and sets a new benchmark for convenient, everyday defence.”
The launch of the Anthelios UVMune 400 Anti-Dark-Spots Fluid SPF 50+ was also a starstudded affair that had fans buzzing. Jay B—leader of GOT7—stepped onto stage, and as he took the time to share his some of his experiences dealing with extreme conditions on and off stage.
“Under stage lights and when I’m out at beaches or doing water sports, I realised sun protection isn’t just about avoiding burns,” Jay B said. “Long-wave UVA can bounce off surfaces or slip through windows, and I began to notice small dark spots after a while. Now I never step outside without sunscreen—it’s the first thing I put on.”
The high performance of Anthelios UVMune 400 Anti-Dark-Spots Fluid SPF 50+ is founded on breakthrough innovation and is suitable for every skin tone. Ideal for daily wear, it layers effortlessly under make-up. The synergy of MEXORYL 400 and Melasyl™ delivers best-in-class UVA defence while steadily evening out areas of dark spots.
To enhance hyperpigmentation correction, pair Anthelios UVMune 400 Anti-Dark-Spots Fluid SPF 50+ with La Roche-Posay Mela B3 Serum, which combines Melasyl™ with 10 % niacinamide (vitamin B₃) and other targeted actives to tackle the root causes of uneven skin tone.
Anthelios UVMune 400 Anti-Dark-Spots Fluid SPF 50+ is ultra-light and invisible and leaves no white cast, non-oily, non-greasy and non-comedogenic—yet highly resistant to water, sweat and sand. Its anti-eye-migration technology prevents stinging, so you can enjoy full protection without compromise.
The Anthelios UVMune 400 Anti-Dark Spots Fluid SPF 50+ is available at all leading pharmacies and e-commerce platforms. Find out more at www.laroche-posay.com.my/en-my.
KIIRAS Makes Explosive Debut, Storms Malaysian Music Charts with ‘KILL MA BO$$’
K-pop’s Hottest 5th Gen Rookie, KIIRAS, Drops Debut Single ‘KILL MA BO$$’ with Bold Cowgirl-Themed Teasers — “LingLing Power!” Blazes Up the Malaysian iTunes Charts
(Roah, Kurumi, Harin, Ling Ling, Kylie, Doyeon)
KUALA LUMPUR – Rising K-pop girl group KIIRAS is already making waves in the music scene, landing impressive chart positions in Malaysia just days after their debut. Their debut album, KILL MA BO$$, clinched the No. 5 spot on the Malaysian iTunes Top Album Chart upon its release on June 13.
Dubbed as the “5th generation super rookie,” KIIRAS is a six-member multinational girl group composed of LingLing (Malaysia’s first-ever K-pop girl group idol), Kurumi from Japan, and Harin, Kylie, Doyeon, and Roah from South Korea.
The group has gained widespread attention not only for their impactful debut but also for their electrifying live performances and commanding stage presence on major Korean music programs.
Musically, KILL MA BO$$ is a genre-blending pop track rooted in country, layered with R&B and hip-hop elements. The song’s modern “Western” twist introduces a fresh sound to the K-pop scene. Lyrically, it delivers a daring message, calling out outdated norms as “the BOSS,” and signalling the group’s intent to break boundaries and redefine standards with bold energy and flair.
Ahead of their debut, KIIRAS also turned heads with a visually striking concept teaser for KILL MA BO$$, shared via the group’s official social media platforms. The concept showcases a playful and kitschy cowgirl aesthetic set against a vividly colourful desert backdrop. From western-inspired outfits to eye-catching props, KIIRAS presents a bold and refreshing visual identity.
In the teaser images, the members balance innocence and mystique, exuding dual charms of youthful vibrancy and fierce confidence. This contrast is further highlighted in the teaser video, where soft, sunlit scenes shift into high-fashion denim looks and intense expressions.
With momentum building, KIIRAS is expected to rise even further on the charts. The group is already planning to expand their presence across Korea, Malaysia, and other global markets.
Jay Park Brings His Signature Swagger to Kuala Lumpur with Genre-Bending Show at Zepp KL
KUALA LUMPUR — Jay Park made his long-awaited return to Malaysia with the 2025 Jay Park World Tour [Serenades & Body Rolls], treating fans to an unforgettable night at Zepp KL that merged the best of his smooth R&B vocals, hip-hop sensibilities, and undeniable stage charisma. Jay Park didn’t just perform — he declared his place in K-hip-hop royalty with a set that spanned over 40 songs.
“I just wanna say, semua cantik, and aku cinta kamu,” he said in a chill, sincere greeting early in the show, after opening with the dreamy “Ohx3.” “Let’s have a fun time today. I haven’t been here for 6 years so I’m glad to be back.” He also noted the presence of many new fans in the crowd, further affirming his ever-growing appeal.
“Drive,” the lush 2016 track featuring GRAY, set a breezy, feel-good tone as he serenaded the crowd, followed closely by a trio of fan favorites: “My Last,” “Like I Do,” and “Candy.” After asking the crowd, “Let’s go means jom, right?” in an effort to connect through the local language, and sharing his satay indulgence earlier in the day, Jay transitioned into “V” and the club anthem “Iffy,” firing up the energy inside the venue.
“In case you don’t know how to speak Korean, today I’ll be your Korean teacher okay?” he teased before softly crooning bits of “Ganadara,” leading the crowd in a singalong of the Korean alphabet woven into lyrics. His infectious charm continued through “Need To Know,” where he got the crowd waving their arms left and right while his signature body wave rippled to the beat — a visual feast fans couldn’t take their eyes off.
But Jay wasn’t here just to flirt; he was here to flex. Cue the slow-burning R&B cuts “Yesterday” and “The Truth Is,” followed by the hypnotic swagger of “Dank.” Then came a surprise break in the form of Malaysia’s own girl group Dolla, who lit up the stage with “Damelo” and their newest track “Mwa.”
Jay returned, sleeveless, inked, and unstoppable, diving headfirst into his high-energy bangers. With “Forget About Tomorrow,” “Why,” and “Gimme A Minute,” the dance segment kicked off with a pulse, and the rapper cheekily challenged the crowd, “This is where I need you to give all that energy to me.”
Even as the night wore on, Jay showed no signs of slowing. “100 Days,” “Mayday,” and “Solo” (remixed with Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us”) hit like thunder. Then came “All I Wanna Do,” a crowd favorite, followed by the dreamy “Taxi Blurr,” which featured Natty of Kiss of Life, with Jay thanking her for blessing the track.
Just when fans thought the surprises were over, Malaysia’s hip-hop heavyweights Joe Flizzow and SonaOne took the stage by storm. From “Havoc” to “Satu Malam Di Temasek,” the energy skyrocketed. But it was the explosive “CIAO” collab, performed live with Jay Park exclusively in Malaysia, that truly sent the venue into a frenzy. Joe proudly announced the song’s win at AIM’s Best Hip-Hop Track, sealing the moment as one for the books.
Jay then ripped through a rapid-fire sequence: “DNA,” “Blue Check,” “On It,” “Mr. Show & Prove,” “Soju,” and the anthemic “K-TOWN.” The crowd echoed his every lyric through “You Know,” “Ain’t No Party Like an AOMG Party,” “McNasty,” and the sensual “Keep It Sexy.” But the real ignition point was “Mommae.” After teasing the crowd, saying it’s the last song for the night, he dropped the iconic track with full swagger, inviting Dolla back onstage to dance alongside him. It was a cultural collision of K-hip-hop and Malaysian flair — raw, wild, and pure fun.
Then, a moment of magic: Malaysia’s beloved songstress Yuna emerged to perform “Does She” live with Jay Park for the first time ever. The chemistry between the two artists lit up the stage, leaving the audience breathless. Jay beamed, “I appreciate you for coming out to show me support and performing this lovely song.”
For the final stretch, Jay led a rousing singalong of “Nothin’ On You,” showing his love for the fans with another heartfelt “aku cinta kamu.” But the encore was far from mellow. He closed the show with the high-octane “The Purge” and turned fireman during “Who You,” playfully drenching fans with water in a lively bomba moment.
He closed the show with the sweet, iconic ballad “Joah,” a love letter to his fans and the perfect end to a night overflowing with love, rhythm, and swagger.
After more than 40 songs, Jay Park didn’t just perform; he gave everything. Kuala Lumpur felt it. And for those who were there, they didn’t just attend a concert. They witnessed a cultural storm, a body-roll-fueled celebration of music, movement, and magnetic star power.

immersed themselves in local culture.
Adding the element of surprise is their flash mob at Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, where they performed the album’s title track ACT LIKE THAT, leaving onlookers and passersby in awe. As they greet the crowd with “Apa khabar? Kita GENBLUE!”, their attempt at speaking Malay further endeared them to Malaysia’s COOKIE – the group’s fan base.
Taking the opportunity to experience Malaysian culture, GENBLUE participated in their first traditional batik painting workshop. Using melted wax on their pens to outline the patterns before colouring, each member added a unique touch to their artwork, earning the guide’s praise.
No visit to Malaysia would be complete without a taste of its cuisine. The girls stopped by a local mamak stall to try roti canai for the first time, with the word “sedap” on repeat as they savour the simple yet flavourful dish.
Meanwhile in Thailand, GENBLUE collaborated on dance challenges with several Thai stars, including Pisitpol “Jump” Ekaphongpisit, Patchata “Fiat” Janngeon, girl groups Véra and Blyss, as well as Gen Alpha icon Nina Nutthacha Jessica Padovan.
As an indication of their growing influence and hard work paying off, the group’s social media following grew by nearly 20% after embarking on the tour, on top of their K-POP Rookie Award win at the Korea Culture Entertainment Awards last year.
With their already loaded suitcases now added with souvenirs and memories, GENBLUE returned to base in Taiwan for a fan meeting and signing event, marking the tour’s final stop.
While the tour has wrapped, there is much more to come from GENBLUE. Fans will be elated to know that there will be new GENBLUE music coming their way, which is expected to release
sometime in September 2025.

CRAVITY also shared that aside from reconnecting with their fans, the highlight of their trip was finally getting to eat their favourite fruit, Durian. In a playful moment, they cheekily asked, “Do you like durian?” and when the crowd shouted “Yes!”, the members quickly teased, “But do you like durian… or CRAVITY more?”

Kiss of Life “Gets Loud” at First Concert in Malaysia
K-pop girl group Kiss of Life (KIOF) landed in Kuala Lumpur last weekend for their first-ever concert in Malaysia.
The 2025 Kiss of Life 1st World Tour [Kiss Road] in Kuala Lumpur, organised by TopGallant Show, was held on 13 April 2025 at Mega Star Arena KL.
Around 3,000 fans — affectionately known as Kissy — eagerly welcomed the quartet as they took the stage shortly after 5 p.m.
Opening the show with “Get Loud,” the four members, dressed in sleek all-black outfits, oozed charisma — looking every bit like they “can melt an igloo,” just as they proclaim in their next song, “Igloo.” They then followed up with “Bad News” before taking a short break to greet their cheering Kissy.
Leader Julie, when introducing the next song, shared that the group had debuted an originally unreleased track at one of the earlier stops in the Kiss Road tour. Encouraged by the enthusiastic fan response, they decided to keep it on the setlist for the rest of the tour. The song, titled “Winehouse,” clearly struck a chord with the Malaysian crowd, who responded enthusiastically to the performance.
After “Chemistry,” the members exited the stage, leaving Belle to return alone for her solo stage. “I felt like a rock star,” the 21-year-old main vocalist later told the audience after performing “Countdown.”
Her solo wasn’t the only opportunity to showcase her impressive vocal range, as her soaring high notes and expressive ad-libs could be heard throughout the concert.
Next up was Julie, who performed her solo “Kitty Cat” with a lone bench as her only prop. The 25-year-old main rapper captivated the audience without the need for elaborate effects — her sharp dance moves and natural charisma were more than enough.
Haneul, the 19-year-old maknae (youngest member), delivered a charmingly aegyo-filled performance. Dressed like a cheerful cheerleader and waving a pom pom, she delighted the crowd with her solo “Play Love Games.” Although the track didn’t showcase her full vocal range, she had plenty of opportunities to shine vocally in other parts of the show. She was also the first member to leave the stage and perform among the audience. Later, she shared that she had wanted to go up to the second floor to be even closer to the fans there — a playful hint at what was to come.
Natty then took over the stage for her solo “Sugarcoat.” The choreography perfectly showcased why the 22-year-old is the group’s main dancer, as she delivered a powerful, dynamic performance with confidence.
After a quick costume change — this time into camouflage-themed outfits — the four members reunited to perform “Nobody Knows,” “Te Quiero,” and “Gentleman.”
It was around this time that Haneul once again mentioned her wish to reach fans on the second floor. The members then cheekily teased the audience, saying that at Kiss Road, “you’ll never know where the girls will end up.”
And true enough, during “No One But Us,” the members suddenly left the stage — only to reappear on the second floor, much to the excitement of fans seated further away. The unexpected move allowed more fans to experience the performance up close, making the moment all the more memorable.
“Told you you’ll never know where we’ll end up,” they said playfully after returning to the main stage.
The energy stayed high as they continued with “My 808,” “Sticky,” “TTG,” and “Nothing.” During the ending ment, the members expressed heartfelt gratitude to their fans and promised to return with even better performances in the future.
They concluded the main set with “Midas Touch” and their debut track “Shhh,” before exiting the stage once more.
But the night wasn’t over yet. As soon as fans began chanting for an encore, KIOF returned — this time dressed in casual baggy pants and oversized shirts — to perform “Bye My Neverland,” “Says It,” and “Back to Me.”
Radiating warmth and joy from start to finish, the group kept the positive energy alive right through to the Goodbye Session, where they personally bid farewell to their beloved Kissy.
The night wrapped up with fans leaving the venue beaming with excitement, already looking forward to KIOF’s next visit to Malaysia.
