how do i post something in my blog (or instagram) without looking back to it 5 seconds later thinking it's cringey

a couple of months ago i was anywhere in jogja with my friends... now it feels like a different lifetime ago. it scares me how life is so unpredictable—it can change in the blink of an eye. with all the chaos, life before this crisis seems unrecognizable. i miss waking up early, being stuck in the traffic, laughing with my friends in the campus hall, going to the mall, attending small gigs, or just driving around jogja. i miss seeing so many faces in a day, i miss not feeling lonely. i've been avoiding the news and i lose track of time and life has been just plain... weird. all i do now is just scroll through pictures in my phone, trying so hard to believe that jogja is very much alive only because of its people. this town feels dead now that they're gone. i pray that things can go back to normal and in the meantime, i'll be able to survive all the fears that are in my head.
