Don’t judge people for what they can’t control. ESPECIALLY for things like GENDER, SEXUALITY, and RACE. I’m tired of seeing tumblr touted as a “safe place” when people are throwing around things like “lol cis scum die” and “pfff white ppl amirite?”

Trans people have a harder time than cis people. We get that! We really do!!! But our goal for fixing this should be to make life easier for trans people, not to make life harder for cis people to balance it out!

Black people have been historically mistreated by white people. Does that mean that white people today deserve to be treated like the scum of the earth? For what their ANCESTORS did? Because you know, many blacks were sold into slavery by… Wait for it… Other blacks.

I thought we were supposed to be convincing people that we are all the same and that we aren’t so different. 

Now all I see is “lol straights/cis r wild” “lol y do straight/cis ppl do this” “lol cis/straight ppl r so ugly” “(LGBT+) ppl r better” “why cant all the cis/staights just die?” “being gay/cis isn’t a choice but if it was, I’d still be gay/trans cuz straights/cis r gross” etc. etc. All hateful remarks. 

This divide is NOT helpful. 

We are all just people. 

You are only furthering hate. 

Being “different” doesn’t make you better, more useful, and/or special. 

Stop trying to make us seem so different from straight people and/or cis people. 

You’re fucking everything up for sane LGBT+ people. 

Maybe straight/cis people don’t give a shit about you being LGBT+, maybe they don’t like you because you’re an immature, bullying, victim complex ridden asshole.
