Hello friends! Happy to see a very small amount of people unfollowed me in my absence. I’ve been very busy lately moving home and starting school and getting a job.

Juggling all that has been really stressful, but I am happy to say I got a job at Sephora!! It was a very difficult job to get, but I’m proud of myself for getting it. Disney got me three jobs offered to me, two were practically immediate. Sephora has a long interview process. I love the job and sharing my love of makeup with others. It’s been difficult being home. My anxiety has been getting worse, but I did challenge myself quite a bit this summer. I reached out to a lot of old PA friends who I barely talked to this year for various reasons. I have a hard time believing my friends don’t hate me. It wasn’t too hard, however, staying away from the old, toxic friendships I cut off in the past year. Quite a few have actually tried to make contact and start drama again, but I don’t respond anymore.

I’m not particularly enjoying school. Some people are nice and cool, but I feel like I’m the only one who tries. I did very well my first semester of college, I’m very good at school (I’m not trying to brag, I like school and learning.) But a huge amount of people just don’t try or care. Our first reading in one class, I was the only one who took notes. I had to do a presentation in another class, I was the only one who made an actual Powerpoint. I’m not saying I’m better than anyone at all. It’s just that no one tries or seems to care. It’s exasperating.
