it's the random myriad flaws each vocal synth has that make them for me. i love that gumi english takes poison damage if you try to make her hold a vowel. i love that if you edit rin english's phonemes even slightly she turns into len. i love that maika is just shouting half her samples for no reason (? why does she do this). i love that rikka has an asthma attack if you use her in-editor breaths and i love that kevin just outright refuses to breathe audibly. i love that muxin 2 has a temper tantrum if your pitch bends are even slightly too intense for him. i love that anri arcane is stuck inside a tin can (i hope she gets out soon) and rose screams at me every time i select her. i bought and main asumi shuo solely because i love that she doesn't even do the voice in half her modes for whatever reason. and i could and have written essays on everything wrong with teto SV, but i discovered all of those things because her issues are what drew me to her in the first place. it's so good
