I’m sorry…

...don’t worry bout it. i’m used to bein without family. after all the only family i’ve ever had is my sis an i’d die for her. she’s the only person in my family i have left y’know?

Well from what I’ve seen her appearance stays generally the same throughout the multi-verse unless you find the one where she takes the form of a wolf.

that’s not the point ash. whether she’s amaterasu or someone else, if she’s my mom she’ll know me. if she doesn’t then that’s an obvious regard to the fact that this conversation bears no point.

          That does sound interesting. She doesn’t seem to get it 100%, but the ‘equality among difference’ thing sounds pretty nice to her, and that makes her smile. I like… She pauses to think a moment before writing a short list. Gardens. Crystals. Martial arts.

Looking down, he sheepishly smiles and ruffles the kid’s hair. “敏子、妹が、これは八木です。彼女は友人だ。こんにちは言う。” The words are quick and sharp, but gentle to the ears. The kid tries a smile and softly quips a high “kon’nichiwa yagi-chan” in response, still hiding behind her older brother as he turns his head to look back at Yagi, sheepish smile there still. “Sorry for Shiko, she’s not too social with new people.”

Chris was hesitant, but she let the other take the bag he had grabbed a hold of, smiling back. His sister did sound really cute. Maybe she could meet her some day. Only if he would be okay with that, though. She didn’t want to intrude.

“Yeah, she packs a punch though.” At this joke, his grin becomes stupid once again, as if there were a mental switch flickering on and off, between serious and stupidly friendly, even six seconds. “Maybe you can meet her one day. She hardly talks to people she doesn’t know, though. She might speak a bit more since you know me. Or, well, know me a bit.”

          I like rabbits, too. She tilts her head and taps the pen lightly against her notebook while the wind decides to play with her hair a little. I’m just being honest! So what else do you like?

“...I like art.” He plainly states with the stupidest grin on his face, not mentioning that the ‘art’ was also quite illegal, considering, well, that it was graffiti, really. “Ways of expression, actually, like poetry and that shtick, since it shows equality among difference.” Well worded, Aki.

“What’s your sister like?” Chris looked back over at him before looking straight ahead. She turned down a street corner and shifted the bags in her hands. They were a bit heavy, but they weren’t that bad

Catching the shift in her posture, he moved to quickly slip his fingers through the handle, smiling in a questioning manner, as if saying ‘do you mind if I help?’ as he spoke about his sister with a proud, almost fatherly tone. “She’s turning fourteen in May, an' she’s almost in the tenth grade. She’s intelligent an' wonderful, an' a great gamer. Likable an’ beautiful, not t’mention good with ‘er words, it’s not hard t’see she’s the stereotypical popula’ highschool girl. But she’s not. She’s graceful, selfless, an' generous, an’ I couldn’t be more proud a’ ‘er.”
