This is a favorite poem of mine.  A favorite that reminds me of my slothfullness and failings.  I know, its weird to have a favorite thing that makes me feel guilty.

Today finds Nad and I still battling our illnesses; hers we still don’t know what all is going on and mine is slooowly getting better.  I go see and ENT in two weeks about getting my tonsils out.  Can’t wait!  I’ve been dealing with tonsil infections for two years and its to the point that the swelling in my neck won’t go down and it is painful.

As I lay here on the couch writing up this post, I am so tired I can hardly keep my eyes open (Tuesday 9:00 pm).  But it is a good kind of tired.  Its been a long day, up very early to take Nadia to an early morning test and the day didn’t stop til about 7:00 tonight.  So, I’m going to keep this post rather brief.

For those of you unaware, Nadia has been pretty sick since early April.  She missed the last two months of school last year and is doing a home-bound program this year.  She has been through dozens of tests, one which landed her in the hospital for nine days :(
