“…No?” she pouted, and rested her forehead against the man’s mask, staring uncomfortably into his eyes. “But… You look just like him. And…” The executioner took a deep breath and grinned. “You seem just as powerful.”

“You are quite the flatterer, ma’am.”

He spies her bloodied rags of clothing uncomfortably. 

“You must be looking some other mage. Hmm.”

“A smith yes? Who resides in a cell block?” 

“Why, precisely,” she purred as she pulled back slightly, placing a rather strong hand on the man’s chest. “Handsome, with a voice to melt a Queen’s heart, yes- you bear quite his likeness, from what I have been told.”

“But… If you are not the magnificient Straid, then… Who might you be, great sorcerer?”

Tempting. Very tempting. But she will eat me alive.
