[There's a sound of rustling in the distance, followed by a noise...]
Chrrr.... tktktk... trrrrk....
[he starts to growl]
[Whatever light there may be catches brief flashes of dark hair, shiny mauve scales, reddish fur, and... odd patterns against skin.]
Trrk tk tk tk...
[he approaches them, showing his teeth]
[What he sees is...]
[This unauthorized fucking thing.]
[he bites them]
[They screech, twisting shapes spiraling across the ground as they thrash and try to shake him off.]
[He continues to go at them as much as he could.
He was clearly injured though, covered in bandages]
[They... didn't seem to be outright attacking, moreso just trying to pull away and bolt.]
[they eventually are able to pull away from him]
[They scurry off, finding somewhere or other to hide for the time being.]
[he tries to track them down]
[What he finds, though, is a woman, injured and huddled in a shallow cave. Snake tattoo peeking out from under a shredded shirt sleeve, dark hair falling out of a messy ponytail, blood oozing from several bites and gashes...]
[he growls.]
[She pulls back, startled.]
Please, I... I'm sorry, I didn't mean to intrude-

[he hesitates, and stops growling, sitting down]
[Her posture eases a bit.]
