Their relationship was already strained, but with the Tournament of the Throne, it only became further strained. Reyn ended up breaking the engagement. They still remained friends, but now Reyn spends time wondering if he can love someone else again...

Reyn who started out as a yumeship kind of joke,,,the pov Strohl leaves you for Will. But then I was having fun with Reyn's sad story. I also like the idea of Strohl having a friend in his past! Not completely alone.
