Like he'd obviously be upset somewhat, but looking back at things like Usopp and Luffy's fight, his requirements were that Usopp would come to them and apologize.

And what did Sanji do in WCI eventually? He went to Luffy and apologized, then was honest with him and that led to them figuring it out together.

While I think he'd be of the belief that Sanji should've just said something at least more specific about his circumstances after he left in Zou, I think he'd call him stupid for not trusting they'd handle it but still understand in some way. Because at the end of the day, what matters is that Sanji has been forgiven and came back to the crew.

Anyways yeah that's kinda my take. And this isn't supposed to be zosan subliminal messaging the only reason I'm only looking at Zoro's reaction is because that's where I've seen the most debated about because of his position in the crew. I think those not on WCI besides Zoro are pretty agreed upon, but if they aren't, let me know!

But I really think something we might be seeing less is Sanji's personality still shining through when talking to women.

I'm not 100% sure since I'm really early in the series (Skypeia) but from my understanding, it seems Sanji is a lot more willing to speak his mind, even to the ladies. Like he's straight up been sarcastic with the girls, and maybe it's because fanon Sanji, which I've seen more than canon, is absolutely unable to be anything but 100% honest to women. But I really feel like there was a change.

And I think the obvious shift is post-time skip and fishman island. Again, I haven't gotten here yet but just hearing about it sends shivers down my spine because of Sanji's behavior.

It's just upsetting to see a character who has overcome so much be reduced to a pervert. Sanji's story is what got me into One Piece, it was so compelling. I wish we got to see more of him and less of the unfortunate gag he's stuck with.

And I totally think he could still have his values about women and still avoid the pervert gag...aka just not fighting women and doing the same thing he normally does but he doesn't nearly...DIE?? From a nose bleed?? Like come on that's insane.
