[Le Chef • The Manor, CJH, Baguio City]
Haven’t seen so much reviews on The Manor’s Le Chef at Camp John Hay, Baguio City. Caught my attention the first time I tried their Ceasar Salad from a Mining Convention sponsored by them.
This year, we tried their Steak and Prawns, The Manor Salad, and Cordon Bleu.
Their steak was fantastic! Its meat was tender and the prawns were sweet and very tasteful.
The salad was soso, I did not expect it to be more fruitful than savoury. They should have included a description on the menu.
The cordon bleu tastes like any other cordon bleu. Bigger serving, of course, but nothing special.
Their service was excellent, I must say.
The menus are really pricey, worth just the price. Hill Station may have better food satisfaction with almost the same price.
