okay this is a bit of an abstract piece that I kinda sped through just to have a concept that looks half decent, but hopefully it makes sense once I explain it. it's a shot reverse shot (cinematography term for showing a character, what they're looking at, and then their reaction) of this woman looking at a strange piece of jewelry on display in her girlfriend's house. the reflection in the glass of the display case shows the collar lining up with her neck, which is some extremely unsubtle foreshadowing, but I think it looks cool so whatever

also here's a close up view of the collar; a golden band with an intricate locking mechanism, and a rose engraving on the front.

I actually posted like four chapters a while back, but I didn't like how the story was going so I'm actually gonna start it over. new chapter 1 coming soonish

she's an angel, and also a maid to a mysterious vampire queen. although she looks annoyed, she's not bothering at all by being her servant. (in fact, it's kind of hot for her, but she'll never admit it)

she wears magic restraints that bind her seraph body into that almost resembling a human, apart from the wings.

my top ten favorite works from 2023

this year was a big year for me, and for pixel art. I messed around with digital art before, but around late 2022 was when I decided to start making pixel art with Pixel Studio. and now it's one of my favorite forms of media to work with. I feel like I've definitely improved greatly over such a short time. my love for art and creation has never been stronger.
