"I guess it's not too hard when I have you as a best friend."

"You’re not hopeless. And no I’m not just saying that because I’m your best friend."

"No? Then what would you call me?"

"He’s an asshole, he’s gonna pay for this. You don’t deserve this. I love you okay."

"I love you too. I'm hopeless though. I should just stick by your side."

"Did he force you into it?"

"No, no! He asked me out on a date and I said yes and I dunno what happened. But it doesn't matter because I guess it was just a one time thing. He completely blew me off and I'm so embarrassed and I'm so dumb."

"You — you slept together? Maddi, I — I’m not disappointed in you. I’m not, I swear. I love you and I always will and I don’t want you to ever think you can’t tell me anything. I will support you no matter what and you’re not the problem here. Colton is. He’s a dick, the biggest prick on the Earth. I love you, okay? You’re one of the most important persons in my life."

"I know, I know. It was stupid. I don't know what I was thinking. I should have listened to you before. I love you too and I know you are always looking out for me. I'm lucky to have you as my brother and I don't want you to think I take you for granted. I'm sorry, I love you."

"No I’m not. Come here." {he gets closer to her and wraps his arms around her.}

{wraps her arms around him before mumbling in his chest} "I might have slept with Colton."

"I — I’m not, I won’t. I promise. Maddi, you always know that I’m there for you, no matter what."

"Um, well, Colton... he invited me to go on a date and so I agreed. And um, I dunno we--I might have slept with him.... and now he blew me off.  I'm sorry, I don't want you be to be disappointed in me."

"What do you mean? What happened?"

"If I tell you you're going to say I told you so..."

"No I don’t. I have some friends that agree with the other if they say they are stupid or whatever. I’m saying it because it’s true."

"You're going to judge me! I'm so embarrassed and I just can't believe this happened!" {buries her face in her hands, groaning.}
