Pupdate: he’s has two rounds of dewormer and a first round of vaccines last weekend and has been a complete lil menace to society since lol. He’s actually been doing very well as of lately. Unfortunately still no sign of anyone looking for him so he just might stay with me permanently😛. I mostly have videos of him but tumbler will only let me post 1 at a time which is ugh but whateverr. He’s very playful and energetic and definitely in the shark phase with how much he chomps on everything lol. His second round of vaccines is in a few weeks and I honestly can’t wait until I can take him everywhere.

He had a bath with some dawn to kill off the few fleas he had and some homemade chicken broth mixed with kibble for dinner. His two new aunties came and surprised him with some blankets and toys. I think I’m going to name him Cerberus.

Lil peak at the cucumber plants I already have growing outside. I started the indoor ones because I was a bit nervous about the white growth forming on the leaves but now I have so many I don’t know what to do with them.

5/7/2026 Update: The seedlings do look a tiny bit better, maybe not as crooked as they were the other day ever since i trimmed the dome and added another grow light. Hopefully everything will be okay. I haven’t seen any growth from the okra though but i still have high hopes for it.

update 2: i did cut the domes in half to be shorter, hopefully that will help.

Notes/Thoughts: I’m honestly really surprised this much growth has happened so quickly. I’m not sure if this is the normal growing rate for these seedlings, it probably is, it just feels so fast for me as a beginner. I’m really excited about it though.
