I bought this game after my friend and other people were hyping it up and when I saw not only did I have the game wish listed on the eshop, but it was also going on sale for 2 bucks! :o

Man, I am manifesting Ralsei getting defensive magic so hard. I so badly hope there is a Shadow boss who's perspective on freedom mirrors Ralsei's beliefs.

No because I have a similar situation with HOLLOW KNIGHT where I got into the game years after it came out and would play it really slowly. I wasn't in a rush to beat it. And because of that, I didn't feel like I needed silksong like a lot of other people did. At least not for right know. It's the same with Shovel Knight and Mina the Hollower (but its different since mth is its own thing). I didn't even know it was coming out until I look on YCG website a few months ago. Since Mina is not a platformer, I'll probably play that first as I do play a lot of platformers already. But like silksong I'm not in a rush to play it.

I know this is tired saying but I really focus on touching grass and doing more productive things with my time.

I actually haven't played the game in many months now and part of that reason is because Im waiting until after chapter 5 comes out to play all the chapters together. Just to see how they flow with each other and how certain plot points lead into others. Like a full story.
