If you are using phone, download Puffin Browser ( iOS | Android ) and use Desktop Mode to stream

1. Click on Genie box to direct to the streaming page. Click to login

2. Sign up on Genie. All you need to do is login through KKT, Facebook or Twitter, accept terms and enter nickname & email.

3.  Press play.

How to vote for Monsta X on the Asia Artist Awards

Voting is possible through the Starple App ( iOS | Android )

1st Round: October 17th 10 AM KST - October 31st 11:59PM KST 2nd Round: November 2nd 10AM KST - November 20th 11:59PM KST

Recharging hearts to vote for MONSTA X is possible by doing daily tasks and watching Video Ads. You will receive 2 hearts for daily login.

Top 10 will be chosen in the 1st Round to go through Round 2

This tutorial is for DOWNLOAD VOLUNTEERS & will explain on how to delete the gifted song from your account. You MUST delete the title track after you have downloaded it in order to download your next gifted download. This ensures that ALL downloads sent to your account count towards the charts.

NOTE: You will be sent MULTIPLE title track gifts in ONE account.

1. Go to MY > Scroll to the bottom to your files to select your downloads

2. Delete your download song from your account

Now you can download your next gifted song.

This is a requirement for Monsta X streaming volunteers to send their play count regularly (EDIT: ONCE A DAY) to their coordinator to confirm that they are streaming. This can be done on PC & Phone

On your phone browser (Chrome, Safari, Puffin) make sure you are using DESKTOP MODE.

3. A screenshot MUST be sent to your coordinator of your TOP 5 songs every day

This tutorial will show how to gain points for THE SHOW for MONSTA X. It’s better to collect points early to go towards The Show. Make sure to convert your points to THE SHOW before the 18th of every month or your points will be reset

1. Download the STARPASS App ( Android | iOS ). After installation, make an account via Google and make a username for your account. Select My Star to continue.

2. Once MONSTA X is chosen as “My Star”, choose a member to continue

3. Go to CONTENTS located on the bottom bar. Choose the white circle to upload a link to a video or upload a picture. You will receive 20 points for every upload. You can upload a maximum 2 pictures and 1 video per day (= MAX 60 points)

4. Go to “Point charge”. Here you will able to watch a maximum of 5 Video ads gaining 10 points each time (x5 = 50 points MAX)

5. You can also gain points through using the STARPASS app lock. Every time the app is opened, this app lock will appear to choose 2 pictures to unlock the page.

Customize your icons, and upload your favourite pics (12 pictures)

6. From these 12 pictures, choose 2 for your lockscreen. Exit and enter app to try out your lockscreen. You will receive 3 point every time you do this task

7. CONVERT YOUR POINTS TO THE SHOW POINTS

Go to “Point status”. Here you can convert your points to The Show votes.

1 The Show vote = 10 Silver points

Silver stars reset at 4AM on the 18th day of every month

How to Purchase a Bugs Pass

NOTE: Bugs Passes can only be bought through an iOS System (Apple / MAC)

Bugs do not allow downloads in their streaming passes and are bought separately (verified Korean phone number required)

There are 6 different passes that you can choose from. It is recommended to choose the option with unlimited streaming only. Your purchase is confirmed when you receive the pop up “You purchase was successful”

If you do not have an iOS system to purchase your pass; you can participate in Bugs Group Orders that take place before Monsta X’s comeback.

C. TO ADD SONGS ONTO YOUR PLAYLIST & PLAY SONGS

6. Search Monsta X, click on the album tab to view their latest album. Add the album to the playlist

7. Click to play the song. When playing the song:

It should show the full song instead of 1 minute. If it is 1 minute, it means your pass has not been purchased. Please purchase a Bugs pass or contact @wonho__ (DM)

You are playing your playlist on loop

Streaming quality is set at AAC 256kbps

You are now correctly streaming on the Bugs PC app.

D. Delete songs from the playlist & How to logout from Bugs

8. Delete selected songs from the playlist by selecting song and clicking the trash icon. Logout is possible by clicking on your account.

This tutorial will show you show to stream and like songs/ Monsta X on the Bugs MAC App. You will need a MAC system for this method. Before proceeding, make sure you have logged out of your current account on the MAC App store and have logged into your Korean iTunes account. To make a Korean Apple ID, check here.

A. How to logout of current account and login to your Korean Apple ID

1. Follow steps to logout and login to your current account and login to your Korean Apple ID.

2. If this is your first time logging into this Korean Apple account, you will need to verify your phone. Please keep your phone handy when doing this and enter the 6-digit verification number. Now you should be logged into your Korean Apple ID
