I'm questioning right now and would like to understand it better, to know if plural is a label that fits correctly.

Im having trouble answering.

discovering plurality wasnt really an “aha!” moment. Its more like accepting/acknowledging that something is different.

Personally, there was no need to question things I couldn’t even remember to care about growing up. It was easy to ignore for a while. but eventually theres some inconsistency, disruption, etc. and i think you know somethings up, even if u cant name it.

There was a lot of denial and a large chunk of it was because i wanted to believe my experinces with life in general and trauma itself werent that bad.

But it wasnt an issue until it was, yk?

Plural is a personal lable that fits us. We have different values, ways we express ourselves, ways we show affection, how we function, etc. Call that consistent inconsistency..

There is dysfunction, but also being a system has helped me, where i lack skills or motivation to function some other part of me has the ability to do more.

So, less “discovered” more “got the whole picture” kind of thing- which took a long ass time.

Also, switching depends on the context (like the kind of switch/front/reason etc.) and im not really sure how to explain all of that very well.
