So... I've refrained from eating a normal lunch 3 of the 4 days that have passed this week... Don't do that, I ate fruit

I also feel a bit taller for some reason, need to get that checked out lol, but my figure feels the exact same ಥ‿ಥ

Week 2 update.
I slacked off this week and I am back up to 53kg
I'm gonna start setting reminders and counting carbs, if anyone has any recommendations comment pls

My weight has dropped to 52'60kg during this week, and it's just Friday!! We can see this method really works lmao (I have been eating less though, so take that into account)
Update:
I'm gonna cut the exercises count by half until I don't get so tired, and will be adding more till I do the entire thing since I'm not used to so much exercise

anywho. whew. So. um. I’ve been a piece of lard lately. just chudding around but i’m back and stronger. I lowk just got mad that i ate literal air for 4 days just to see 0. NADA. NONE. NOTHING. show on da scale so i started eating a bunch and door dashing and lowk it was peak but no more. no more.
(also that’s what you don’t want to do! don’t get triggered cus you don’t see results immedialty and ruin the progress you’ve been working for. this goes for many things not just wl )
I need to have discipline because losing trust with yourself is one of the worst things to do ever. and I also plan on doing paegents this summer so I can’t be larding around yk. 🥹✌🏽
