In other words, when you are experiencing something in your life that you believe causes you to be angry or hurt it is because of your feelings that you have toward the situation. The easiest way to make a problem disappear is to change your attitude. However, changing your attitude in a positive way may require you to swallow your pride; unfortunately, most people are unwilling to make that decision because they believe it’s hard to do. If you believe that something is difficult and also verbalize it, it will in fact become difficult because your words follow your thoughts and your thoughts follow your words. - The Thinker
