Lydia had only just returned to school after yet another hospital admission and had only been back for a few weeks, without the hospital admissions she would have been studying for her final year exams however she was still int he sixth year which killed lydia sometimes knowing that a vast majority of her accquatences would be leaving the school in a couple of months, walking out of Potions Lydia was the last to leave after speaking to professor slughorn about war she had missed while in hospital, walking down the eerily quiet corridors, her bright blonde locks felt over her shoulders and her piercing blue eyes scanned the cr=orridor, she supposed she would just go up to the library to begin catching up on work as she had no lessons til after lunch, however the sight which appeared in front of her shocked even lydia, Connor Banning, stood in front of her covered in blood, instantly her eyebrows furrowed into a frown as she sped up walking towards him, Lydia had known connor since they was eleven, and yes connor did some stupid things in lydias eyes, particularly sleeping with every girl he could though he had never tried with Lydia in that manner which she was thankful for, she loved him like he was a brother, possibly more of a brother than any of her biological ones which was bizarre, reaching him lydia put her hands on connors forearms “Common room, now.” Lydia hissed dragging him down towards the slithering common room, almost all the students would be in lessons or the library, during the day the common room was almost abandoned so she knew it would be safe there, dragging connor down to the common room lydia issued the password to the portrait before turning and looking at connor properly, the male looked scared, petrified even at whatever had happened, things like this had been happening for weeks, but never to this extent, he had a few fights here and there but never ever returned to see lydia covered in blood which by the looks of it was somebody else’s. “Explain Connor, what in merlins name has happened?” Lydia exclaimed, her eyes looking over the blood sodden male in front of her.
