Learning how to sense, heal, and maintain my biofield is like my main interest right now
In my explorations with the idea, I keep encountering a spooky mystery regarding corporations using IEEE Wi-Fi standards to tap our biofields as a part of how they measure our habits among other ways they’re stealing data from us, particularly with wireless wearable tech, and now it’s starting to make sense why a corporation would invest in a mainstreamed culture that doesn’t believe biofields exist, while quietly investing in tech that knows it does and would be easier to profit off of if the masses considered it pseudoscience without question (demonization of non-western knowledge) then selling a “magic” product that just “knows what you want” while operating and practicing this whole trick on the subtle anatomy of the general public’s bodies.
I don’t really know the details yet, I’m still cautiously scouting this rabbit hole for red flags, but it sounds relevant to personal healthcare data where I exist (US, Turtle Island). Like information that should be protected under HIPPA. Not quietly stored without our knowledge, only to be used against us by privately funded governments protecting corporate interests. I understand this is probably considered a conspiracy, but literally what else can one expect from the MLM States of America? Land of the stolen, home of the cult leader. This machine depends on slavery and it very clearly intends to keep it that way.
Kinda fucked and international class action lawsuit scale of a thing to consider, especially as aware as I am of my Xfinity router relaying tracking data of anything moving around in my apartment.
Word on the web is that a personal biofield practice is a defense against so-called “psychotronic” interference. Smoking helps too. As far as I can tell, smoking in general creates a mucusy membrane over your field that keeps you out of phase with psychotronic frequencies. I only have experience smoking cannabis tho so I cannot say how the effects differ to cigarettes or tobacco. Probably depends on one’s relationship to the material being smoked.
Do I believe any of it? Sort of? I sense a truth. I do not know what that truth is necessarily but I do know there is a baby in that bath water somewhere.
Fortunately it doesn’t take much to seal the biofield, just some self reflective breathing time to sit in the quiet and ground your attention into your body and the earth core. I’m still working on making that practice daily, but I keep coming back to it more and more, so I think I’m experiencing support in the idea of learning how to use my biofield. Makes positive ionic interference less painful, eases anxiety while out of the home, & opens new senses that I never knew were being held closed away in a cluster of bodily tensions for decades. I still definitely need more negative ion, nature exposure tho. Static energy builds up in the astral layers of the biofield over time without regular exposure to ground or rocks or trees or bodies of water etc. I will start going outside by taking the trash out.

Flying in a Lucid Dream 101
Flying in dreamspace is a matter of breath, emotion, & intention.
when you find yourself lucid in a dream, take yourself to a patch of grass and stand in the middle of it.
Focus your intention to however high you wish to go, & inhale through your nose. The rush of air through your physical lungs helps keep your 3D mind (which when lucid is recording for waking recall) in sync with your astral body’s sense of feeling, pulling it along for the ride far more easily than just intention alone.
Exhale whenever you like. The exhale breath can be used for whatever you intend. when first starting out it may be helpful to intend that first exhalation to stop and steady you in the air.
breathe as normal, taking full breaths at a steady but comfortable pace, and take in your elevated surroundings.
Emotions affect your ease of movement. Fear can have you falling or snap you back into physicality. But with emotional training and breathing, fear can be dispelled before that happens, keeping your lucid mind within your astral body. Contrastedly, emotions of joy or excitement can make flight faster or more zippy!
When you learn to calm fear as it arises in dreamspace you can eventually override the knee-jerk wake up that usually happens from falling dreams, which itself could keep you from continuing the fall or actually hitting the ground. Sometimes UFOs will catch me when I fall. And sometimes the fall, if it doesn’t wake me, shifts me to new context, which I usually only notice is a change when recalling the memory.
Disclaimer: I don’t actually know if my physical body is literally breathing irl exactly as I am in dreamspace. But then again, flying is easier when I’m comfortably lying on my back with my shoulders and neck slightly supported, because it makes it easier for the breathing to run smoothly in the meditative dream state.

materially, I believe no one chooses to be born, which makes it ethically necessary for us to share our material resources so that everyone’s physical needs are met. ☭
spiritually, I like to believe I decided to incarnate on purpose as a human being on the planet known colloquially as Earth in order to give myself the material pleasures & experiences which my recent ancestors wholly rejected for centuries (that gay shit 💀🍷)
