This resonates with me. As I’ve overcome the darkness of 2025. The person I loved the most who did not let me go when I begged for freedom. I was content with knowing he’d find peace in someone else’s arms, as I knew I would too. All I wanted was the truth. He created a mess, manipulated me, and the darkest parts of me were uncovered. If I speak of the past please know it’s a reference, as wisdom has been gained.

Now I carry on at peace knowing I did what I could to break free without hurting someone else. Knowing someday I will also be with the love of my life. Because the world is mine, and the love I give always returns.

As time passes and I meet more beautiful souls there are parts of my ego that still escape through my fingers. I betrayed the healed parts of me lately. All I want is the truth from lovers and friends. Yet my habits to seek what others are not ready to give show through the cold thoughtless actions. I must not make the same mistakes, I must trust the truth will reveal itself and I do not have to go seeking for it, digging, begging, or breaking access.
