The story of this traveling circus began with dear Pierrot, a clown who wore yellow and red in perfect harmony; his broken heart was painted in delicate colors when he saw that gentle hand reaching out to pull him from the darkness.

Sparkling and enchanting like a candy apple, a green-clad Harlequin appeared with mischievous intentions, but feelings can be poisoned blades. In the reflection of a clear mirror, an elegant figure greeted you with distinction, guiding you through your own thoughts, a gloved hand in yours—Ticket Taker promises you an exquisite night. Your body warms up beneath the garlands draped around the tents, your heart beats faster, as if the devil were making you dance the tango—but don’t worry, the Doctor is here to listen to your troubles and ease your burden. The curtains rise slowly; a star shines on the stage, captivating every gaze, every thought. His voice enchants you, reading your desires and fears in the depths of your soul. Sublime as a violet, Jester will give meaning to your existence. As gentle as a flower petal, your name will never be forgotten, Columbina; the feathers of your wings will write a new story for the less fortunate.

I don't know how to describe just how much your creation has touched the lives of so many people, including my own. The icy wind caressed the thorns of the fir trees, the landscape was a blanket of immaculate snow, the only melody was the crackling of the fire in this strange and yet so warm tent…

MC’s tender neck was adorned with a tight rope, a mark of possession that kissed his skin until it took on a red hue, this passionate and so carnal color, the flames caressing the pot that could not compete with such intensity.

The curtain of the tent emitted a soft sound, someone had just entered, an investigation was useless, few could survive in the casket of this eternal beauty, the only one who reigned like a sovereign, whose shadow was in every bit of darkness, was the Arctic Demon’s.

Contrary to what the legends described of him, a being resembling a wild beast, insatiable and cruel, he seemed particularly fond of MC and took care of them with the greatest care, cooked delicious meals, discussed topics that MC appreciated, covered their frail body with a warm and thick blanket, and even made them clean and dry clothes. However, this generosity did not come from the purest heart; he had proclaimed it without shame; he did this so that MC’s flesh would be more tasty and tender.

The fate of the poor sacrifice was traced like a line of black ink on parchment.

MC was unaware of how many days, months, or years they had to live before the demon would let his hunger consume his spirit, and during this time, MC had no company; a feeling of abandonment and loneliness made his heart tremble stronger than the cold of the mountain, especially when the demon was hunting for fresh meat, or exploring the surroundings to ensure that no other demon approaches his precious prey. This feeling, which marked the features of MC’s face, did not escape the observer eyes of the demon with the iris carmines; it amused him and… Pained him, strangely, perhaps deep down he had become attached to this fragile being abandoned by his fellow creatures, like an adorable little kitten at the mercy of nature itself.

On a starry night, he approached the metal cage and knelt down, and with a slow gesture, he placed a gloved hand on the bars and slid it slowly to the lock. Had he finally decided to enjoy his feast ? MC suddenly closed his eyelids, their hearts filled with fear, but also with a certain quietude, they hoped to finally stop thinking for a moment, and fall asleep forever…

But it was nothing of the sort.

— My little prey, I really like that expression, however, open your eyes, I didn’t decide to devour you, not today.

Gently, he took one of MC’s slightly cold hands and guided them out of the cage, taking care to untangle the knot of the rope around the metal bar.

— Why are you doing this if it’s not for me… to eaten ? — It seems to me that I explained it to you, my kitten. If you’re stressed or your emotions are too intense, your flesh will taste mediocre, don’t confuse your little head with useless questions, come here.

He sat elegantly on the bed adorned with furs, and gave a few teasing slaps on his knees; MC’s pupils dilated, their legs anchored in the smooth ground. Was that a trap ?

Naku gave a slight chuckle, while holding one hand to his pale lips, his eyelids slightly wrinkled, his posture and gestures wanting to be mocking.

— What a sincere expression my little prey, you really can’t lie about your feelings, can you ? Don’t worry, I am certainly a demon, but I keep my word, I take care of you like a poor kitten, shouldn’t you give me a bit of your trust ?

A shadow of uncertainty passed over the lips of MC before they stretched out into a softer expression, where a slight embarrassment could be perceived. With a calm and thoughtful step, they advanced until they sat on the demon’s lap, gently embracing the size of his precious human.

And in this winter silence, his thin hands black as ink, and his claws sharpened like needles, brushed the frail curves of this being whose flesh he desired to feel between his teeth. — You tremble… Why be so frightened ? Isn’t that how yours get warm ? He blew in their ear, his voice echoing like a haunting melody, one of his crooked fingers brushing against the earring adorned with a feather.

— I promised not to eat you tonight, however, I didn’t specify how I would do it… your naivety is adorable, delicious, and when you look at me with those eyes, oh my sweet prey…

Slowly, he tipped MC over the furs adorning his bed, one hand resting beside their face, while the other lay tenderly under their chin, his breath caressing their nose and lips.
