You get sad for almost the same reason you get happy: something happens and you let it fill you up and overwhelm you. If happiness and sadness were colors, they would be yellow and blue respectively. When you mix yellow and blue, you get green. Green means growth, newness, a fresh start. So all you really have to do is figure out the right combination of yellow and blue and figure out how to balance your happiness and sadness, and you can start feeling okay again.

I either eat too much or starve myself. Sleep for 14 hours or have insomniac nights. Fall in love very hard or hate passionately. I don’t know what grey is. I never did.

Say it before you run out of time. Say it before it’s too late. Say what you’re feeling. Waiting is a mistake.

It’s funny how you can forget everything except people loving you. Maybe that’s why humans find it so hard getting over love affairs. It’s not the pain they’re getting over, it’s the love.
