If you can understand that I saw the tv glow is about transness, you should understand that Jax is also trans/tadc is also about transness
To elaborate, both never explicitly say the words transfem or transgender at all, but it’s obvious from the way they’re written and portrayed and WHO they’re written by, that it’s an explicitly trans story, both about how staying stuck in your dysphoria and fear and what society wants will ruin you, that accepting yourself is the most important step, how staying closeted will kill you, and most importantly, that there is still time
