My go-to activity for escaping the brutal heat in Melbourne is to hide away for a few hours in a movie theatre. I have the luxury to eat, sleep, watch a movie, be on my phone, whatever I please (as long as I'm quiet). All in the comfort of aircon and my own space... kinda.
