enriching situations for characters who are deadly terrified of being vulnerable around others:
being gravely wounded and having to put their life in another person's hands. either fighting back with the last of their strength, or being too weak to protest when someone undresses them to take proper care of their injury
having a panic attack around (or caused by) another person. the fact that they're seen by someone like this only intensifies it, making them hyperventilate more
sleeping next to someone, trusting that they won't do anything to them. likely still going to wake up multiple times during the night at the slightest movement or sound
facing a fear/phobia they have and trying to remain composed as to not reveal their fear to everyone.
getting sick, feeling weak and utterly helpless. passing in and out of conciousness. flinching instinctively as someone checks their temperature
having limited mobility (ie. due to injury). needing to rely on someone else to help them move and do basic daily tasks. taking a bath together and allowing to be gently washed
bringing someone to the place they were raised in, allowing them to see into their past and judge it for themself.
i think my favorite trope people don’t focus on enough is “villain gets completely and unwillingly taken over by a power they wanted to control” because it nearly always ends in them being totally exhausted and physically drained. I’ve only seen it in a few things but it’s potential is crazy
You’re fighting against this evil mastermind. They’re calculating and powerful and have evaded every action you’ve made. You think they’re about to win when they suddenly lose control of whatever they’re trying to use— trying desperately to let go/turn it off but it just sticks to them. The moment you manage to deal with it the villain drops to the floor too weak to move, all that smugness overwhelmed by what they’re feeling. Or maybe they’re feeling sick as hell if you like that more. Okay.
love the phrase “we’ve gotta get some food in you”. tickles my brain. it draws attention to the organ being a physical place but also fully addresses the person who needs food (“you”). Its very caring and sweet and also very funny and has the potential to be very somatic. Good phrase
feeding someone who’s been starving with food that’s healthy, warm, and easy on their stomach, only to watch them guzzle it until there’s a little bulge on their middle from it all. mmmmm…

any prompts on multiple people sneakily feeding up a character who doesnt take care of themself well? maybe to the point they get a bit of meat on their bones?
List of ways for your character's friends to make sure they're eating well (combine as many as needed; each prompt can function either as individual friends or multiple):
Ask them to taste test while cooking, making them think they're helping but really getting them some extra nutrients
Invite them over for dinner regularly and make sure to load up their plate for them
Take them on errand runs and insist on stopping for lunch while they're out together
"Accidentally" make/order too much food and insist that they take some
Sneak more food onto their plate when they're not looking (even better if multiple people do it without realizing)
Rope them into cooking for something and then insist that they enjoy it since they worked so hard
Come up with contrived special occasions to celebrate with food and make sure they join in
Jump on the chance to take care of them and cook for them when they're sick or going through something
Regularly bring snacks to hangouts/work/etc to share with them
Bring over food and act sad that nobody at work/party/etc liked it (lie), provoking them to have some so they can say something nice about it
Ovulation seems to always make me go Crazy for girl stuff so here's one that would demand to be fed even when she can't take it anymore
This doesn't even count as fatal to me bc this is a nightmare zombie apocalypse and they're all dead anyways. So have this.
