This quote literally helped me for this year. Back then, I was a girl who believes that crying is a sin; that I shouldn’t feel tired, anxious, and broke inside, but then it all end when deep realizations happened. I couldn’t take it no more, I just cried like there is no tomorrow and yes! The following days became calm and that’s when I thought that “oh, this is actually helpful” it somehow heals me every time I do it. Funny to think that I hear some people saying crying is for weak people only, but you are wrong. I once believed that also, but right now, I can say that crying does not show us our weak side but rather it open our hearts and minds in this reality that we are “living, ”. We are not always okay, we are human being who tends to feel different kind of emotions and that’s okay. To stand up and fight again is all that matters. It’s okay to cry, it’s okay to take all things slow. Just breathe and always remember that “It’s okay not to be okay”
