firstly Interstellar, dressed in leather, drinking bitter boy is so obviously referring to Alex and there is no denying it (thank you to @uhbasicallyjustmilex for bringing this to my attention!) which is why I think, despite the next part being a bit of a stretch, that there is a possibility!

but my theory is that You're my top 100 shows is possibly an inside joke between Miles and Alex (I physically cannot provide context or proof but I just have a feeling about it) especially since the title is literally: Killing the joke.

Since we all know that something went down during 2018 when they were both distant and both released albums with very much "break up" undertones (Coup De Grace + Tranquility Base Hotel and Casino) listening to the two albums side by side has me feeling like they are communicating with each other through some lyrics

Wrong Side of Life - Oh how I feel, I feel you don't love me no more

The Ultracheese - But I haven't stopped loving you once

With Killing the Joke, the chorus is Miles reflecting on what they used to have and unable to stop himself from desperately trying to get it back but ultimately feeling defeated as he follows the line with Why do I always have to go killing the joke.

Despite this absolutely ripping my heart to pieces, I do think that in the end things managed to get patched up between them as among the heart-wrenching lyrics, glimpses of longing for one another are definitely present throughout many songs and as the last lines on each ending tracks are very hopeful and indicates that they still have undeniable feelings for each other.
