Noctis and Lunafreya love to fill their home with photos (mostly taken by Prompto) to commemorate their lives together and create a keepsake of every moment from their wedding to the birth of their children and every milestone in-between that they share together. Every so many years, they'll have an official family portrait painted of them to grace their halls and mark the growth of their beautiful family.

This double page spread—from the Final Fantasy XV Official Works—ought to be familiar to Lunoct fans. Originally created for the FFXV Piano Collections album cover, the images have since been shared via official social media and printed in several FFXV-related books (e.g. The Art and Design of FFXV, FFXV Official Works, FFXV Piano Collections Sheet Music).
What caught my eye is that the Official Works specifies it's an autumn moon. An autumn moon in the northern hemisphere brings to mind the annual Mid-Autumn / Moon Festival (1) or the Japanese equivalent, Tsukimi (月見, i.e. "moon viewing") (2). During this time, the moon is considered to be at its brightest and beautiful—which makes a moon viewing date by the water in autumn seem all the more romantic.

The last two pages of the artbook are shown above. This particular artbook features an additional illustration of the pair drawn for Piano Collections FINAL FANTASY XV, as seen on the upper right of p. 215.
If you consider the symbolism surrounding Noctis and Luna's names and the meaning behind "The moon is beautiful, isn't it?"*, it's no wonder the devs came up with these illustrations. They're very serene and romantic while fitting with the aesthetic of the game (night, black, darkness, light, hope)—and the subtle, gentle tempo of their romance.

I included this photo and the previous one so fans can compare them with the FFXV Official Works spread. Plus I think it's fitting this artbook concludes with Noctis and Luna—mirroring the game's ending.
Depending on which part of the world you live in, the Moon Festival nowadays can be a festive occasion, and these festivities can provide us with inspiration for other Lunoct dates! For instance, try imagining Noctis and Luna:
picnicking under the moonlight
hanging up or lighting and releasing lanterns (maybe even making their own as a fun activity)
visiting food stalls (that sell Asian-inspired food, especially snacks!)
eating dango or mooncakes, trying out new flavours; gifting mooncakes as a couple to other people
watching traditional themed dances, night-time parades or fireworks
even enjoying carnival games and rides
bringing their kids to a moon festival
*「月が綺麗ですね」 - The story goes that Natsume Soseki (1867-1916), a famous Japanese novelist and English lit. scholar, suggested this phase as a more Japanese way of expressing "I love you" as opposed to directly translating it from English. Basically, it's a subtle and indirect "confession of love"—though it's apparently more of a well-known reference in Japanese pop culture than an everyday Japanese phrase.

A slight twist on @lunoctweek's Day 2: Childhood prompt
If Noctis and Luna were to become parents, I think they'd try their best to provide their kid(s) with the childhood and adolescence that they themselves missed out on—thanks to the war and the burdens of duty.
For Noctis, it means prioritising his kids over work and indulging in all those family moments. He'd rather bring his kids to work than hire a legion of nannies to watch over them 24/7. (Not that they wouldn't have some bodyguards, but it'd be far less than what Noct had growing up.)
Noctis tries introducing them to fishing and video games early on, in the hope that one of them will bite and share his hobbies. I think he'd personally teach his kids how to drive and eventually entrust the Regalia to them.
Luna is the one who organises their kids' schedule, making sure to plan for plenty of rest and fun. If Noctis is the more playful and informal parent, then Luna is the one who leads by example—the role model her kids aspire to.
If any of them are struggling with homework or learning new skills/hobbies, Luna gives it a go herself (to better assist and encourage them)—which usually means picking up new knowledge and dabbling in pastimes that she never had the chance to learn. Luna is the one who patiently gives them swimming and rock climbing lessons.
When the kids start asking about flying an airship, Luna has Aranea and Solara on speed dial while Noctis is yelling "Hang on. Wait a minute!" in the background. They compromise by letting the kids learn how to warp and race chocobos first.
Misc headcanons:
Re: food, Noct tries to act mature like a good role model, but their kids definitely catch onto his pickiness and use it against him.
Luna teaches them how to braid hair and sew flower crowns with Noctis as their guinea pig.
Noct is the one who starts buying matching outfits for Luna and their children, thinking they'd look absolutely adorable. (They do.)
The kids insist that Umbra, Pryna and Noctis need to match too, so they do.
Luna sings their kids to sleep while Noct is more likely to hum and recite fish facts (until they're bored to sleep). They both read the children books, often together as a family. And Noctis does ALL the voices.
Their household is adorned with a mix of painted family portraits, numerous photographs and the children's artworks. And lots of plushies.
Their first girl chose a shark plushie for herself while the other kid picked a black karakul (x).
The kids band together with Ignis, Gladio and Prompto to obtain Umbra and Pryna plushies for their parents as a Starlight gift.
Noct strikes a deal with Wiz and gets Luna and their kids each a chocobo of their own.
One of the chocobos is called Bobby Corwen💛 Noctis puts his foot down when they try to name the other bird after Kenny Crow.
The children totally have a fancy indoors camping set with pretty lights and the works.
Luna would be very invested in their kids' school activities, even volunteering time and donating funds or other goods. (Think Ameliance, if you know her.)
P.S. I bet Noctis would be such a cute "girl dad". I like to picture them having a black haired, blue-eyed girl as opposed to a mini-Noct and mini-Luna 😅. I also think it'd be hilarious if one of their kids turned out super serious and polite—even more so than Luna.
