I’m actually so and about drinking water I hate it omg 😫 my mom was looking at my veins and she said they are so flat she can barely see them even when twisting my arm and stuff idk how to get better is just a HATE the taste of water and it makes me feel full and I hate that like I don’t like water but I know if I stop drinking water agin I’ll go back to when I used to pass out from dehydration like this isn’t even like a mental issue I just genuinely forgot and don’t like water

I always thought I had a healthy relationship with food bc I never starved myself or felt bad about eating until I recently realized the line between ‘I’m hungry’ and ‘I wanna eat’ was so blurred I couldn’t tell the difference between ‘I don’t wanna eat anymore’ and ‘I’m full’ and I’m noticing now I’m NOT hungry a lot of the time I just wanted to eat. Like the week after I realized this and stopped eating when I wasn’t hungry I realized i wasn’t hungry for weeks like I was only eating dinner bc I would skip breakfast and lunch which I know now isn’t really that healthy but I just WASNT hungry at all like I think I’ve completely ruined my appetite with my eating habits This is probably why I’m overweight but now after realizing this I keep accidentally overeating bruh is this a eating disorder or smth
