1. In your song “Good Time”, there are the lyrics “the things that do not change”. Is there anything that you think “This won’t change” or “hasn’t changed”?

Since I’ve liked music since I was young, I think that hasn’t changed. Rather than going out and making a lot of noise, I think it’s more fun to spend time in the studio working on music quietly. That hasn’t changed at all.

2. When you stay in the studio for a long period of time, doesn’t your head hurt?

There are times where I do get headaches, but instead of going out it’s more comfortable to stay in the studio. It’s been that way since junior high school so that will never change.

3. You have a fearless image, is that true? Well…

4. For example, if there was a ghost or something like that you wouldn’t get scared, right?

Women! Women are scary!

5. Did something happen? (Enthusiastically) Would you tell us in detail?

(A little hesitant) What? No, no, there’s nothing in particular. I just thought if it was a guy wouldn’t that be something he would say (lol).

6. You’ve said on a radio show that you’ve been approached 5 times by women. You’ve confessed that the reason you refused all advances was because you don’t have time to date. There are those who think that it helps influence music to be in love. Do you think this way as well?

I don’t think one cannot say that it doesn’t influence music. However, I think that during that time the other person would feel anxious. Since I’m the kind of person who loves to work, we wouldn’t be able to be together….

7. There are a lot of women out there who would that that’s okay though.

First of all, there isn’t anyone I’ve discussed that with or anyone who has said that (lol).

8. By the way, how would you feel if you were rejected for the same reason?

Ummm, I think my heart would ache. As such, I would decline before any of us would hurt each other.

9. Have you ever felt bad for those women who have approached you?

Yes. Even if there was someone that I liked, I wouldn’t be able to approach them.

10. Eh? Even though there was a girl you liked you’ve never approached her?

Hahaha, never! You often see the patterns of on and off unrequited love(?), right?

11. If you end up falling in love, would you immediately tell the other members?

Yes.  Anyone who falls in love would probably want to tell. Their mood and face would say it all I think.

12. Really? (That’s too bad…) Speaking of which, are you scared of things like ghosts?

I don’t think I’m scared, however I am very interested in ghosts. Actually, when I work at the studio alone in the middle of the night, I often feel a shiver down my spine.

13. Ah, I’ve heard stories of ghosts materializing at places like studios. But is there not a rumor that one becomes popular when a ghost appears?

No, actually as I mentioned I still haven’t had the experience (lol). I guess I might not be that popular since I haven’t met a ghost yet. Hahahaha.

Breaking the silence after a year and a half, B.A.P completely revives.  We've asked the members, who are waiting for the 3/30 release of the JAPAN 1ST ALBUM “Best.Absolute.Perfect”, about their recommendation points and things they are interested in.

I honestly recommend all the songs. I think that all the songs are good.

We had a fan meeting after a long absence, however a great number of fans came. I'm very grateful for that.

- - - Something you like about Japan?

Wonderful sceneries, hot hot springs, delicious food

- - -  Your recently favorite ramen (shop, brand, taste)?

I've tried many different kinds of ramen, however Nissinraou's cup ramen.

- - -  An artist or music genre you've been taking note of?

I respect all those who are doing music.

- - -  At the time of your debut all the members challenged blonde hairstyles. Of all the various hairstyles you have had so far, which is your favorite and which style or color would you like to try?

Shaved….? Nothing in particular (laugh)

Himchan

- - - What song do you personally recommend for the Japanese album about to be released? Please tell us the recommended point of the song.

I think the beat to “Back in Time” is cool. Especially Yongguk and Zelo's rap parts. The distinct difference in the low heavy raps and the high fast raps I think are cool.

- - - Any unforgettable moments during the production of this Japanese album?

It was really cold when we were filming the “KINGDOM” M/V. When you watch the M/V, I try to make a cool expression, but the whole time you can see my breath coming out (laugh). - - - Please tell us an unforgettable memory with Japanese BABYZ.

The fans at the Osaka fan meeting back in January made a big heart. Because it was unexpected I was very touched. Of course I took a picture of it.

- - -  Something you like about Japan?

I love to eat delicious food and Japan has a lot of delicious food.  By the way, last year in December when I came to Japan, I ate sukiyaki and for the members and staff I made sukiyaki.

- - - Do you want to appear on Japanese TV? (For example, what program do you want to appear in?)

I would feel honored to be on any program. If I could pick any program, probably MUSIC STATION?  I've heard it's very nerve-wracking since it is a live broadcast, but I'd like to appear if I had the opportunity.

- - - You frequently upload pictures of wine onto your Instagram. Is there anything you obsess about?

I think the wineglass and the angle are the most important.

- - -  What fashion style would you like to challenge this spring?

For the time being I will diet...(laugh)

- - -  At the time of your debut all the members challenged blonde hairstyles. Of all the various hairstyles you have had so far, which is your favorite and which style or color would you like to try?

I've been blonde until just recently, and now my is silver…..hmm….rainbow? (laugh) I think it'll be interesting to challenge various different styles.

- - - What song do you personally recommend for the Japanese album about to be released? Please tell us the recommended point of the song.

It of course, has to be the title song “KINGDOM”. I think the intro “NEW WORLD” is a spectacle and cool.

- - -  Something you like about Japan?

Whenever we go to Japan we are always welcomed with such passion and happiness, I'm impressed every time. I'm happy every time I go. Ah, of course there are a lot of delicious foods you cannot leave out.

- - - A Japanese song you'd like to sing at a concert?

Nakashima Mika's “Snow Flower [Yuki no Hana]”.

- - - Japanese food you'd like to eat again?

Okonomiyaki!!

Youngjae

- - - What song do you personally recommend for the Japanese album about to be released? Please tell us the recommended point of the song.

“KINGDOM” and “BACK IN TIME”. “KINGDOM” was chosen as the title track so of course, it's a good and cool song, however “BACK IN TIME” is also very cool.  

- - - Any unforgettable moments during the production of this Japanese album?

Since “BACK IN TIME” is a kind of song that B.A.P has not done so far, it was refreshing while recording. I think the beat is unique.   - - - Please tell us an unforgettable memory with Japanese BABYZ.

We stood in front of Japanese fans for our fan meeting in December and January after a long time, but the cheers they gave us when we sang our first song “Young, Wild & Free” moved me.

- - -  Something you like about Japan? It's a place where kind fans are always watching and waiting for only us.

- - - Your beauty regimen?

Nothing in particular. Natural beautiful skin…!? (laugh)

Jongup

“BACK IN TIME”

- - - Any unforgettable moments during the production of this Japanese album?

When we were recording, I'm not sure if it was because my condition was good, but my singing parts have gradually increased (laugh). - - -  Something you like about Japan?

There are various kinds of convenience store foods! Also, when I go to Don Quixote because there is a large assortment of goods, it's fun. - - - Please tell us an unforgettable memory with Japanese BABYZ.

- - - Recommended muscle training exercises?

I think it's best do the basics diligently.

- - -  At the time of your debut all the members challenged blonde hairstyles. Of all the various hairstyles you have had so far, which is your favorite and which style or color would you like to try?

I really like the style I have currently for our promotions for “Feel So Good”. I would like to try many various styles from now on in the future.

- - - You mentioned before that you like the titans of “Attack on Titan”, which human character do you like? Captain Levi is cool.

Zelo

- - - Which song do you recommend from this Japanese release?

“KINGDOM” is cool, but I recommend “BACK IN TIME”. I thought it was cool when I first listened to it.

- - - Please tell us your recommendation point about that song.

Of course my rap is cool!! (laugh)

- - - Any unforgettable moments during the production of this Japanese album?

I has always been the case, and including this time it was difficult to accurately and quickly rap in Japanese. It was also difficult to understand, but I worked hard. Haha! - - -  Something you like about Japan?

I always have many good memories of Japan. I want to try and go on a trip to Japan by myself next time.

- - - You studied music in Canada, did you go through any mental stage change before you went? There was no particular state of mind, but it was such a short time. I was very happy to have studied music in Canada and I left with the feeling to want to study music even more. - - -  At the time of your debut all the members challenged blonde hairstyles. Of all the various hairstyles you have had so far, which is your favorite and which style or color would you like to try?

I've become blonde again now, but many people have told me that blonde really suits me. I also want to challenge many styles in the future.
