This scene still makes me so sad because Eren knew Armin was food insecure growing up and he tossed that bread like it was nothing.

Eren himself most likely never had to worry about food until Shiganshina fell (though he lived in the same undesirable southern district city as Armin, Eren’s father was a doctor and the Jaegers seemed to have a nice house), and there’s also the fact that he’s going through a lot during this period, so I can’t say he’s being unreasonable or place too much blame on him.

Armin desperately struggled to catch the bread and got mad at Eren for throwing it like it was worthless, because he knows firsthand how precious food is, especially in a famine situation.
