Hello and welcome to my blog. I'm Neko mod (she/her). Please keep these general norms in mind to have a healthy discussion environment. 🥰

1. The majority of thoughts will be focused on Lumity and the two characters Luz Noceda and Amity Blight. I will try to respond with my personal ideas, but I cannot guarantee that I will be able to respond to all of the takes.

2. You are welcome to share compliments, headcanons, ideas, requests, analyses, and so on. I'm a major Lumity fan, but I don't mind taking criticism about the ship; just please be constructive and respectful.

- I can draw and write, but not too well. If you want me to draw or write any ideas about Lumity, I will try my best. If my content isn't perfect, please give me constructive feedback instead of hurling insults.

It's funny that when Amity wants to ask Luz to Grom, Luz beats her to it. And vice versa, it happens to Luz when she intends to ask Amity out. Coincidentally, they both plan to do it carefully. Amity has written a meticulous note after discarding other drafts. Luz seems to plan a breathtaking, emotional and real confession. She even has to take several deep breaths before confessing.

1. Covention.

From the beginning, Luz and Amity are in conflict and misunderstanding. The first light glyph that Luz shows Amity sparks something new between them. Amity gets to understand more about Luz, how she takes learning magic seriously despite being a human. The light also relieves Amity's whirlwind of emotion, and illuminates the dark corner.

2. Thanks to Them.

This scene is forever special to me. Back before, Luz casts the light glyph to connect with Amity, and this goes full circle when Amity lightens Luz up with the light spell. It's a symbol of hope that they will overcome any difficulties ahead. I've mentioned in a post that when both Luz and Amity lift the magic orb in the sky, it's as if Luz could also do magic. Since Luz hasn't been able to do magic for months in the Human Realm, it's a small comforting moment for her.

3. Watching and Dreaming.

Amity helps Luz escape the nightmare by giving her the light glyph, the sign of her love, her support and her reassurance that everything is going to be fine. Moreover, both Luz and Amity are the first ones to activate the light glyph and save others.

Specifically, despite being puppetized, Amity still uses all her energy to draw the light glyph, saving herself and everyone.

That Luz touches the light glyph first which is pinned on her and Amity's photo makes me emotional. Clearly, Luz and Amity are each other's light. They save each other, protect each other, and lighten up each other.

Their ship name "Lumity" sounds perfect to me. It's almost like "Luminous", which is beautiful and bright.

1. Lost in Language.

Even though the misunderstanding and conflict between the two haven't been solved, Amity still faces danger from Otabin to save Luz.

2. Understanding Willow.

Amity catches up on inner Willow's presence and quickly takes Luz to a hiding place and shield her.

3. Enchanting Grom's Fright.

Despite being fear of Grom as well, Amity still jumps right in front of Grom to protect Luz. Not related but she has me laughing when she jumps down from the tree.

4. Wing It Like Witches.

During the Grudgeby match, Amity has saved Luz from the attack twice, and broke her leg in the second time.

5. Escaping Expulsion.

Of course we can't forget this epic episode. Amity stands up to her parents to protect Luz and others. "Stay away from my Luz" is my favorite line.

6. Follies in the Coven Day Parade.

Amity quickly stops Terra's plant from hurting Luz in the nick of time.

7. King's Tide.

I love how gentle Amity's hand on Luz's head is when she saves Luz from being hit by the rock.

8. Thanks to Them.

Despite being attacked and falling on the ground, Amity still tries to save Luz by using the mud that she isn't familiar with.

9. For the Future.

As such, she and Luz do a fanfix.😁

As they are left alone:

Amity- Oh yeah!😁

Basically a contrast to when a couple has alone time together and one parter is on a different page than the other.

Our young witch responds with, "So I can still have Luz's hand in marriage." Then says to forget she asked that.🥰🤣

1. Lost in Language.

Despite the initial conflict and misunderstanding with Amity, Luz still bravely faces Otabin to save her.

2. Enchanting Grom's Fright.

Luz is willing to take Amity's place as the Grom Queen after knowing about Amity's fear. Despite warnings about Grom's danger, Luz still goes through with the it.

3. Follies at the Coven Day Parade

Before Kikimora can launch an attack on them, Luz quickly uses the invisible glyph to save both of them.

4. King's Tide.

Luz is there to catch Amity when Belos attacks her. Even though Luz herself is also injured, she still shields Amity from Belos's upcoming attack.

5. For the Future.

Stringbean is my second favorite Palisman. She's so cute and supportive. She's always there for Luz during the nightmare and the toughest battles.

I love how after hatching, besides Luz, Stringbean greets Amity by nuzzling her.
