((Saw some psychic headcanons kinda just floating around and I decided that I had to throw in my own opinions as well because why the fuck not.Ā I have a theory that your strength as a psychic is not determined by how strong your powers are, that is just second rank. No what is most important is how well you can control them.Ā
Control is something that is achieved with a lot of emotional training as well as physical training. A fine example of this would be Caitlin, who was portrayed as being very temperamental in Gen4 and therefor her powers would go haywire whenever she got mad, but in Gen5 she is shown to be more emotionally balanced and has achieved very good control of her powers. (However it also appears that controlling her powers may put a mental strain on her which is why she sleeps so much)Ā
I think that the strongest psychic, both in power and control, would have to be Olympia because she is portrayed as a possibleĀ reality warper, while the weakest are Tate and Liza. Of course every psychic has something that they specialize in. Tate and Liza excel in mental synchronization while Will and Sabrina appear to excel in telekinesis.
I theorize that Lucian's has psychic powers like the others even though it isn't explicitly stated. He is just humble about his them and doesn't typically talk about them or show them off to strangers, preferring to use them in private mostly or around people he knows well. My headcanons for how powerful Lucian is and how much control he has tends to vary. I like to think he is rather powerful, but is better at things like telepathy and mental projection rather than telekinesis.Ā Just wait I have more headcanons to come later this is just the beginning.))

Birthday headcanon: Lucian often forgets his birthday completely. Most of the time the only way he is reminded is when one of his moms (Frei usually before Lariat but not always) call him to wish him a happy birthday to which he always reacts in surprise.
