âYour uh⌠youâre amazing Lukyâ She gave him in return, although her voice was shaky from the overwhelming kindness he had blessed her with, and quite honestly she wanted to give him a gigantic hug there and then, but she contained her excitement and redirected her focus upon their next destination, her eyes were wide as Luky pulled up outside a mall - It was huge, and she let a large smile tug at her plush lips before getting out the car herself, trying to not rip the fabric of her dress as she caught up.
âOh wowâ She marvelled at the spacious centre before them, happy citizens going about their day, it all was very foreign to Becky, but she was loving every moment. Keeping close by, it wasnât long till a mall directory was in sight, and she hurried along to it, trailing her finger to the âyour hereâ icon - Her smile got wider as she had noticed all the fancy shops that had been close by, whether some was clothes, spas, home decor or just crazy gaming shit, she was intrigued by it all, she could of easily lived in it too.
âOh here!â She pointed, her finger indicating a barber shop just along from them, it looked small but she was eager to at least start somewhere, and dye her hair. Looking up at Luky, she was afraid at first but she knew that out of all places, here would never be a danger, not with him by her side. âItâs only over there, do you uhâŚyou wanna go and browse for yourself whilst I dye my hair? I know youâll be close, you can be in the next shop if you want, or browse for some clothes for us?â She suggested, her excitement over took her again and due to the fact that she needed money for the dye, she knew heâd probably linger about near her. With a small light and quick kiss that she had planted just at his jawline, she turned to head towards the barbers, her hands had wrapped around herself as she moved, still cautious of anyone near her.
Luky wanted to tell her that one day sheâd realize he wasnât so amazing, but then another part of him didnât want to speed up that process by telling her. His past was his past now. They both were starting anew. No exes to tell bad secrets or to do whatever her guy had been doing to her back there. They were but dust now. Ashes to ashes and all that shit.
When she pointed out the barber shop, he was surprised she wanted to dye her hair so quickly, but he nodded in agreement. When she rushed off, he watched her walk away, sighing a bit to himself. Being a good person was somewhat exhausting. He went off to a store nearby, noting some of the things he thought might look good on her. He would leave it up to what her hair ended up looking like first. When he felt that they were probably close to done, he headed back over to the shop to check on the progress of her hair.
