Its easier loving a character on a screen than learn to love the twisted, rotten core of people you think you know best.

I was feeling like ragebaiting people so i thought of never drawing Hermody but then one of my friends just HAD to say "You're not a real hermody shipper if you're an artist and you never drew them" like okay, fuck you omfg, so this is the sketch

Fun fact about my Hermes !!!

Just so you know, the above design is just a lazy demonstration, the rendering and line art is all very poorly done, and I'll redo it later.

He has curly shoulder-length hair; in the right light, it appears ginger or golden (red-head), in the darker aspect, it might seem light brown.

The wings are behind his ears, but it's kinda mushed up with his skin, so the ear is hidden behind his floofy curls.

His eyes can be silver, can be obscured behind the shadow of his helmet, and can appear a striking gold. Usually, they just grow silver.

He can have his one wing on show, he can have two wings on show, and he can make them both disappear.

His pestos, His fibulae, His laurel wreath, and his handcuffs, along with his winged sandals and anklets, are pure gold.

He has an athletic but lean build (much like the Odysseus in my au), yes, they aren't buff, Idc, I can't draw them buff pls.

The mark on his forehead matches that of Apollo; they both have a mark on their forehead of the same kind.

Odysseus: "You are ridiculous!"

Hermes: "Careful now, darling, your insolence is hardly tolerable, and it would not be wise to speak to me in such a way."

Odysseus: "... I apologize Lord Hermes."

Hermes: "LORD?? LORD?? WHAT ABOUT OUR MARRIAGE, WHAT ABOUT THE KIDS?" *shows his ring finger that somehow has the replica of Penelope's wedding ring*

Odysseus: "HOW in Tartarus do you have my wife's wedding ring?"

Hermes: "YOU put it on my finger."
