Very sweet, very delicious

Me and my friend played the colour game. We both picked a colour for each other and then took a picture of everything in these colour for our whole trip. She chose yellow for me and I chose red for her. (She found way more red things)

It was a really fun game we played till we left. Would recommend anyone for a fun game while on a trip.

Episode-Amsterdam

So, I’ve been to Amsterdam for a two-day-trip with may friend, and we’ve been eating some good food.

I don’t have pictures of everything but you can imagine it. :) also we’ve been eating cupcakes, muffins and stroopwaffles from albert heijn, a must have when in the Netherlands. I recommend the blueberry cupcakes, hitting the right spot between fresh and way to sweet.

Our breakfast on Sunday was an on-the-hand grilled cheese sandwich with some tasty onion relish we got at a little cafe called STACH. The onion relish goes perfect with the melted cheese and toasted sourdough bread. But honestly a little expensive for a grilled cheese and coffee Togo.

For dinner we went to a place nearby called KIM’S SO KOREAN FOOD CENTRUM. The place was packed on a Sunday evening with tiny tables and chairs to squeeze into. You can hear the sound of bottles opening, frying chicken, the mass of people chit-chatting and the staff running around, cleaning up, taking food out and the occasional banter with a colleague. :)

We had the best Korean fried chicken with honey-mustard sauce on top, paired with some cabbage salad and yuzu sauce. It was really delicious, one of the tastiest meals we got. Our second course were some selfmade, chewy noodles and a really rich, thick umami vegetarian Jjajang myon sauce. It was really tasty but almost too much, a really heavy dish. I would have liked to try more, but we were stuffed in the end!

On Monday we went to LAGOM. The place was packed and we had to wait in line for about 10 Minutes, but no biggie. We sat at the bar and had the perfect place to look over everything. The staff where in a rush but always friendly. We got out food really fast. I had the Croque-Madame, Brioche with gruyere cheese, ham and a egg sunny side up on top together with a chai latte. It was really delicious, cheesy, Smokey with the spicy chai, really good.
