   [ he presses a kiss to her temple, clicking his tongue one more time for good measure. ] 

  Oh, don’t be so melodramatic, Sean Reilly.

( and she peers up, putting those doe eyes to good use. then she smiles again and presses a kiss to the tip of his nose. )

You know me, sweets. Just can't help it. 

[ he clicks his tongue a few times, shaking his head with a sigh. ] 

  And what was it. Sean something or other.

      ( it’s true. immortal folks need time apart. distance makes the heart grow fonder. and she accosts him with a bright smile, all teeth, arms snaking around his neck. )

Somethin' like that, who even fuckin' knows.

[ he slings his arms around her waist, pulling her close. he peers down at her between his eyelashes, lacing together his fingers. ] 

( well, well. gale doesn’t even quite recall the last time she spoke to satire, let alone saw him. she supposes she should of given him a warning. but she’ll do that if she ever decides to leave for good. she always comes back to him, you see. )
