Hello! It has been so long since I’ve been on here. It’s quite funny how time flies and how the views and things that we once believed have changed. I’m now a single mother and 28 years old. I made this account so long ago, and I’ve found God. There are many more things different about me now. I play Sims and games more often, while as a kid, my parents were strict about what I could play. The only game they couldn’t keep me from was GTA, lol. Honestly, I sometimes wish I could go back—not to change anything, but to just enjoy being a kid more. The only mistake I might fix, if any, would be how I treated my younger sibling. She was the only one my parents didn’t really abuse, the poster child angel who did no wrong. I used to hate her, but as an adult, I’ve grown to understand that it wasn’t her fault. I realize now how alone she must have felt, how much she needed a hug, and someone to tell her it was okay. She needed a protector too. No matter what, remember that siblings might be all you have, and we often let ourselves become separated and torn apart when we should have banded together and supported one another through it all. That is my regret as the oldest. The hardships broke me and my twin in ways that bond will never be the same. As a twin, I advise you never to let anyone separate you or foster any hatred between you. I promise it will be one of the biggest regrets of your life. I’ve also had my fair share of addictions and have been working on breaking cycles. God bless you all!
