But thank you for liking his outfits and caring him!!!! I personally * L O V E * folk costumes and cultural outfits and couture fashion! Also in general i’m exposed to a lot of cultures and I really like the idea of different traditional clothing being translated into modernwear! A lot of my clothing inspiriation comes from Chinese and Eastern European folk costumes.
For specifically Luchesi’s outfits what I keep in mind is that I make his normal clothing more neutral, which lets his accessories and accent colors pop out more! I kind of intentionally made him a blank slate for clothing lol I also pay attention to use more jewel tones since those colors tend to pop more against darker skin! For his more “special” outfits I go all out as i can with color and use folk outfits and masquerade costumes for inspiration! Idk he’s just really fun to give outfits to 🥺👉👈
For outfit inspiration I typically save and bookmark a bunch of outfits that I like and have the general aesthetic that I want to appear in my own design. What I look for and what I pay attention to is color scheme i want to use, common motifs/patterns in outfits, how certain bodices fit on a model, necklines, flowines of a skirt etc! And then just kinda mash it all into a design and hope for the best
