I think you could naturally convince them that their ideals and their need to have a job just conflict but there's no ethical perfect job under capitalism! and that they shouldn't talk about their job or their wages because it makes things awkward, except to be like my workplace has very good benefits and labor rights :) it really inspires my concepts about future work environments for laborers :) and make them compartmentalize away their work self and their personal life self. They are happily living their life while coping and waiting for better things, maybe working to undermine certain systems while feeling very faithful to their particular workplace. They might believe in a better world it wouldn't exist, but that they still have to wake up tomorrow and survive.

So kind of a type of guy that already exists and which maybe many of us are............
