“It’s nice to meet you as well, Lizzie,” Nicholas replied with a polite smile. “Don’t worry, I won’t call you anything you don’t want me to.” He knew how it could be to be given a nickname you didn’t like, but Nicholas didn’t mind being called Nic with someone that he knew well. He shook his head. “I think I’ll be alright, but if you want to tag along, I don’t mind. If you did, you could point out some of the cool places around here.” If there were any, he imagined there were. Nicholas sometimes took spontaneous trips in the hope to find something new.
